Honestly I don't think Beyonce and Jayz have 70 million between them. this was just another ploy to make it seem like they are balling when they aren't. If Beyonce had 70 mil of her own (not advances or loans) to spend on a house do you suppose she would be as desperate as she is now? No, like I keep saying, Beyonce and Jay Z owe more than they have. Last we heard they hadn't even paid off their mortgages. Another thought, people get outbid all the time but for billionaires, 70 million is a very low number to be outbid at. |

This reminds me of something I read the other day about this supposed A&R guy from Nicki Minaj's label. The stans were arguing with him after the Pink Flop undersold about Nicki and her millions of dollars according to Forbes magazine. He just straight out let them know that an artist's worth has nothing to do with the amount money they have in the bank. It's crazy how Bey uses her "worth" out of context, and her peons fall for it. |

Jay Z has ghost writers. Rap albums have never been big sellers. Jay Z only started making deals after Beyonce came into his life. And jay's deals don't make him much money. Unlike Beyonce's L'oreal contracts that make her millions. Jay Z has been trying to have cross over appeal forever (linkin park collabo) and he has yet to attain it. He's got this record label with few major stars and I believe he's only the "face" of it. He doesn't make the big bucks. His investments flop left right and centre. ^^ My guess is because of tht image that Jay presents. That of being some sort of tycoon or whatever. On the surface it was convincing (back in the day) but when you look deeper it's not hard to chip away at that illusion at all.

Why do you think Jay has more money than Beyonce?I guess some would assume he has more money because of the label artists his label and management firm are pimpi err I mean managing. With the money Kanye and Rihanna bring in there shouldn't be any reason for Jay and his wife to be constantly dragging their baby all over the world unless they needed the money. You can't tell me a 50 year old supposed CEO is still thrilled about jumping his ass on stage every night, rapping about the same ole stuff. You'll find big artists and their smallest revenue stream is record sales. Bey doesn't own her "music" but Jay doesn't sell like he claims. And his music isn't timeless so I doubt he gets much of off royalties even if he did screw people out of music rights. I don't know, he seems hella thirsty for someone with so much money. He's the prototype Step'n'Fetch. Others have made money off him. He's paid last of all. Who would let an asset like Kanye or Rihanna truly be managed by JayZ and his horrible track record. IJS. Hmm as of late, the knowles-Carter's have been having it rough;
1) Elevator-gate!
2) backstage heated arguments during OTR (rumor, but believable).
2) divorce rumors (believable).
3) 5mos worth of hella fake pregnancy rumors to counteract all the divorce rumors.
4) The drugged up b-ball game event.
5) So-called billionaires lost a 70 million dollar bid on a house......to a REAL billionaire....lol
6) Playing around in Iceland while her "sistah" mourns her mother's passing.
7) Matty's yard sale - which I'm beginning to believe that those proceeds were meant to get Solange outta her IRS troubles, or to stop Yodel from having to go to UAE to waddle around in sh** for a chunk of change....doesn't seem like it was so much for child support anymore, more deflecting much?
8) Christmas in UAE anyway, with Blue in tow....on to the high profile ho-strole? Really?

I have a good friend that works at a bank, she trains people, anyway people always get fired for looking up famous people accounts via searching by name and the number one searched name is no other than beyonce knowles. She hasn't changed her last name by the way.. Anyway she says a lot of activity is on beyonces basic ass checking account, it appears to be her daily expenses card with transactions from cvs drugstore, lots of online shopping and a subscription to Disney books shipped monthly to name a few. and she gets ASCAP checks in the account. The accounts average daily balance is only 28,000 but she said it appears to be her disposal account so who knows... *shrugs*

I remember Tina sold her house when it was buyers market. Buying all those first week albums cost money, remember how Pepsi never came through, ju nd his constant touring with Justin, Kanye, bey. Her tours rerelease, calendrs, underwear, sweatshirts fter a failed line thtt was heavily invested in, lawsuits, pid media
They don't behave like real money (bragging etc) time will tell

I understand the kiiii when Kim k posted her our if control closet, a l a the 7up video that I haven't watched btw was that Kim was at her HOME WHILE BEYONCÉ WAS IN A RENTED room, do they have a home?
