It's just an excuse to pretend to the stans and haters how much money they (really don't) have. It's to show the great unwashed (us) how she will be living once she buys a house, for real. She may have enough money for the down payment but they have too much debt to qualify for the mortgage. They will be house rich and living quality poor. They would be hard pressed to maintain a house like this, taxes and all. I'm sure they have not been paying their taxes and while Obama is still in office they have nothing to worry about. They better get their shit together soon.
I wondering what kind of BS Zoo-man is doing with Prince's music. That's a gold mine and don't think jay isn't working on it day and night trying to cash in on it. I can't believe Prince didn't prepare for his death. What a mess this will be.

Have they EVER owned, not rented a house? I've heard of the penthouses, but ive never heard of them owning their own place.

If Jay is smart, he will go ahead and sell his NYC penthouse by the end of the year. Renting in LA-all while paying tuition for Blue's school has to be draining their pockets; given her concert seats seem to look abundantly empty, Bey and Jay better smarten up lol

I remember when their financials leaked when that hack had occurred a couple years ago. It had stated he owed on various accounts and STILL had a mortgage of $800-900k on that NY apt (Mind you he purchased it back in 2004), I would've expected him to have been paid it off and owned it in full. For someone to be "balling" at his level, he should at least own one home. |

Lol, at the end of the article the real estate agent said no contract was signed by zoo man and flouncy. So the house is still available. So glad to hear their net worth is now 900 billion up from 500 billion. Lol wait till the IRS comes after these two cheap fools.
