Does anyone have tea on whether or not they got rid of the spot in Tribeca? can a sale go unrecorded? Or maybe the label has been paying the bills for them and told them to kick rocks to LA? who knows but I imagine they cant maintain both properties.Tbh I wouldn't be shocked if the record label has been paying the rent on the Beverly Hills digs. If he does sell the penthouse, I imagine it to sit on the market for a long time bc he would want a ridiculous amount of money for it.

Those kids also have to test into those schools and idk if true or not but something does seem a little off about BIC so who knows in regards to that. Nothing is truly theirs. We will never see the inside of these spaces bc they don't own them. Its not uncommon for record labels to fund living expenses as part of their contracts. I suspect they were told to relocate bc if I'm not mistaken, Jay has one last album to create to fulfill (part)his contract with the label. It also wouldn't shock me if Jay has lost his clout and street cred in NYC. Also on reddit a while back ago (2 years)a user spilled that they were invited to a party by a friend of Jays whom he allowed to use the space(Tribeca penthouse). The user said the home appeared as if it were stage decorated and didn't feel as if anyone actually "lived" there so I wouldn't be surprised if there are/were weird stipulations in regards to that home and they only sleep there once every blue moon. Thats all I got for now.

I'm not gonna lie. I've never been part of the Beyhive and I'm a long, long way from being a big fan, but to hear about this makes me feel a little sorry for her. Regardless, to however I feel about her I can't take away the credit she deserves for working so hard as she has and doing so for so many years...all to end up not having the money to show for it later. If only she would have stayed with her father, it's possible she'd be in a much better position. No matter what Mat did or didn't do, he made sure her business was taken care of, as well as, their entire family. Solange and Tina would also have their very own business ventures. It seemed that everyone would have access to making their own coins outside of their main project, which was Beyonce, who was the main money maker.---Bey let Jay come between that and now she has to pay for that in more ways than one. Her whole legacy that they so badly wanted and desperately tried to make appear "perfect"(..from her life story, to her performances, her marriage, her receiving so many awards, the birth of Blue, to and about anything pertaining to her) is in jeopardy. So much so, that she may end up being known more for being the big joke in Hollywood. Add to that all the years of lying, bragging, stealing and blackballing folks they've done. Blue is about to be attending kindergarten in LA soon, so I doubt they would get much use of the NYC place-v PLUS the taxes and maintence on that place on top of renting a house in LA. Throughout all these years she's made song after song about being a strong woman, empowering women, independent women, being a grown woman, being the baddest bitch in the game and between the sheets, boasting about all these really amazing female role models who influenced her, 'Me, myself and I", "So many Benji's I can't spend'em, "Bow Down", "You dreamt of being inside my world"...blah, blah, blah, blah....and blah-da-da-di-da! Yet, she's shown nothing more than pure weakness for a man, before and after marrying him. It all seems a bit much when her "uncle" said she really didn't like or love that man. Her uncle made it seemed as if her family forced her to get with J and now I'm starting to see the pic for what it really is.
Oh well...For what it's worth, at least all that feminine perfection sounded good for a moment, right? Lol. Now they both need a damn life saver.
