The only one of his artist whose royalties are worth anything is Rihanna's. Something tells me she is in deep (financially) with Jay the same way he is with LiveNation. It's the white collar pimp game. The Carters must really think we are stupid because no one in their right mind would rent a home for 400K a month. Even a crappy businessman like Jay knows that doesn't make good sense. My theory is the power players in H'wood and/or executives at LiveNation are renting homes for them in exchange for the various tap dance routines they perform. With that being said, this is not one of those homes. Something's just not adding up. I think he's dodging these lawsuits as well, I love in NY and you never hear of him being here or even stopping by his apt here. That's right they don't stay in NY much. That's really strange considering how hard Beyonce was repping NYC hard at one time. So many lawsuits and so much debt is just a recipe for disaster. What was Bey thinking by bringing twins into this mess? |
