Her entire staff comes across as a gang of overzealous stans instead of educated professionals who should be above all this.

You're right!! Bey's staff is very much overzealous stans. I think they are her only stans because with all the hype Bey receives she should have multiple Diamond albums or sell as much or more than Adele or Whitney in her prime. I read several articles where it had been proven that the so called BeyHive is really record label paid bots. The record labels' technology team creates several fake accounts on various websites to defend their artists. It's really sad that Bey's team has used colorism to defend her. They even stoop so low as to attack other artists that are on the rise so that Bey will have no competition and you know what...it has worked. So many black female singers can't catch a break. Their albums keep getting pushed back or never see the light of day. The industry only wants two black singers at a time in the mainstream. Rhianna survives only due to her connection with J and the industry not wanting to be seen as racist. Believe me, if Bey or her team could get rid of Rhianna, they would!! Bey's team probably buys most of her albums. I remember an interview Bey did when she went solo where she stated that she buys as many copies of her album that she can. Many artists do that. But it's not sufficient in the long run. That maybe explains her surprise releases and endless touring. She can't count on people to buy the music.
