No other artist fit the mold so nicely to be used to poison and reprogram the community for a forbes headline and staying in others' homes but them

Amongst the current crop of entertainers, they are the oldest and most established acts in the game right now so it's probably just a respect thing. I'm not sure how genuine that respect really is though. If we are aware of the smoke and mirrors surrounding these two, I'm sure those on the inside know a lot more.

Crap is definitely the correct term.
I mean she is talented and hardworking so she deserves props for that, it's the other stuff that makes her so insufferable. I'm sure the older Black entertainers feel like they have to publicly back her because she is one of them but really they don't gush over her as much as middle aged White woman do when trying to appear cool. Prince, MJ and Whitney didn't have much to say about her other than the stock answer about her being great. Neither have Aretha, Patti or Tina.
Now Mariah is another story, all the legends used to gush over her talents.

I noticed that Beyonce made sure everyone got a clear view of the face of the baby that has less of Jay's features. You can clearly see her fingers turning/holding that baby's head toward the camera. If she wanted to show both of the babyies faces, Beyonce could have taken a different type of photo instead of that awful Goddess of Trap Music pic. Also Beyonce's head looks Photoshop onto the body with the purple robe.

If not obligated, they have seen how those who have criticized the Carter's have been blacklisted in the music industry. Just look at what happened to talented Keri Hilson. She's the poster artist for being blacklisted for dissing Bey. Keisha Cole criticized the Superbowl performance and music producers like the Dream said they'll never work with her again. Keisha's career hasn't been the same ever since. Brandy spoke out about the Bow Down lyric & she was attacked. Neyo, BC Jean, Linda Perry all exposed Bey for her fake song writing and the Beyhive attacked them merciless. Chaka Khan & Carlos Santana spoke out against Bey & they were bullied into apologizing. Black female artist who do praise Bey just get less attacks from the Beyhive but it doesn't let them win awards over Bey when their music is much better. But I believe a time will come when a young female talent will be brave enough to stand up to Bey and have the backing of the industry to defeat her Beyhive & strongarm tactics.
Jay's power has faded. He tried to come for the young rappers on his 4:44 but they weren't backing down. He tried to clown Future about the situation with Ciara & chastise other rappers for using the money phone but 50 Cent, Lil Boosie, Migos & Future taunted Jay with Instagram pics. Future even called Jay a worker instead of a king. Jay might catch hands if he runs into these young rappers. They aren't scared of him. Y'all should read some Jay's PR comments trying to cleanup/smooth over the shade that Jay threw at other rappers. Even Jay's PR know he can't compete with the new school rappers.
