After a month of being in escrow the Carters have finally closed the deal on a newly renovated BEL-AIR mansion!
As reported by TMZ in June the secret deal went down after the Carters put in a bid of $90 million on the mansion which was not on the market at the time but was quietly shopped around with the price tag of $130 million!

I wouldn't be surprised if LiveNation or one of their sponsors cosigned and encouraged this transaction because there are more reasonably priced beautiful, less tacky mansions in El Lay. They will be working the next 20 years just to keep the lights on. And why were they so set on living in LA anyway? Beyonce may land a couple of gigs but her acting career is not going to fare any better with her living there.

They have been in escrow since June according to TMZ---- it's not fake or smoke and mirrors---they bought the property.
It might not be easy to pull up the record of a home bought under a blind trust. The property it self was not on the market, the information you will get on it's last sale is out of date----- LA Times did not mention the LLC. TMZ and LA Times knew of the escrow way back in June because they have insiders.
Their home location in Nola sounds sinister.

If the story about this home purchase is true it making me lmao. There are so many beautiful houses in LA at so much less.! So in makes my heart light knowing that these 2 satanic fools are using up their money on an overpriced house; instead of buying a affordable home where they can make money (like all the other celebrities in California) Unfortunately, this may be a scam they are perpetrating on their crazy stans.
