Her fans are buying that stuff up thinking they are supporting a Black, female business mogul. When I'm bored I like to browse the realtor sites to see lovely luxury homes. Well, today I came upon what looks to be the Carters reported home and it appears to still be up for sale at 250 million dollars. www.christiesrealestate.com/eng/sales/detail/170-l-47-1701201752544714/billionaire-bel-air-los-angeles-ca-90077If this is the estate they purchased, why would the seller accept 120 million on a property originally listed for 250 million? That's a huge loss. What's also strange is different realtor sites have different price listings for the property and some have listed it off the market while others haven't. Surprise! The Carters are being shady again. I wonder which hotel they are staying in while they are visiting NYC? |

The thing I like about Rhianna is she doesn't pretend to be anyone other than herself. I loved the speech she gave at Harvard. She was appreciative, witty and able to clearly convey her message in front of an ivy league crowd without breaking a sweat. That is something Beyonce could never do yet she's been regarded as a role model for Black women by the media for almost 20 years. |

Borrowing against one home to pay for another is not the same as borrowing against stock in a company or shares in a portfolio. My analysis is not hard proof like yours but a look at behavior and lifestyle as well as comparison with the industry. I think that's useful and quite telling, too. Mariah Carey is not a billionaire and she's got a huge tribeca place a well as a hollywoodmansion that she just simply bought when she wanted to have a home in L.A, with no drama and no shadyness. MJ and madonna and Paul McCartney are not billionaires but beyonce's no selling ass is? How? Even without receipts you can tell it's not true. Michael Jackson was not a billionaire! Think about that!!! If beyonce and jayz were billionaires taylor swift would be a multi billionaire. Unfortunately, he let his billionaire business friends gas his head up and he wound up doing too much too soon. He's still a drug dealer at heart, looking for instant returns on his investments instead of giving his endeavors time to mature into profitable investments. Then you have Beyonce who was raised by her parents to do one thing, perform. How are you going to be a successful businesswoman with education or interpersonal skills? Bey, Jay & LiveNation/Sprint have some serious explaining to do because selling concert tickets for a concert that no one knows who will perform is shady and lying about who will perform will create another lawsuit. The sad story begins on Sept. 21, 2017 People Magazine and many blogs reported that Beyonce will be returning to the stage to perform at JayZ's annual Tidal X concert to benefit hurricane victims and the next day, Sept. 22,2017, the tickets for the event went on sale. BUT now all of a sudden it's being reported that Bey & Jay are not performing! Not only are they not performing, there are no confirmed artists scheduled to perform. This info is not made up. Bey & Jays' own reps are reporting to blogs that they are not scheduled to perform. Especially when workerBey did little to nothing for her own city.
It's like their pr people are on a mission to disprove what has been uncovered here. It's too late because we see they are nothing but hood rich cogs in the system and now that the shine on workerBey's career is beginning to dull, Blue is on deck to woo the public. It is funny how they went from being "out bid" on every home they wanted in LA... yet, now all of a sudden they are on a real estate shopping spree. I for one don't buy the bullshit PR these clowns are selling. I believe these homes to be purchases made on behalf of the label used to dangle in front of their faces to keep them in line...like a you can stay here but you MUST WORK. I think I believe the tea that was spilled on Snitches blog a few months ago about them having long sold their apartment in NYC at a loss and bouncing from place to place on the labels dime.

That Hamptons house is so poorly done. It sat on the market for 8 years LOL (they did not get a good deal on this if you ask me). I could see it going for $16M instead of $26M, but leave it to the Carters to think they are doing something by buying that house. They will have a difficult time unloading all of these "Luxury" properties when all these legal suits etc come to a head. Shit is looking cute for them right now but trust me there is a lot of work to be done to pay back these luxuries they have been allotted. Crying damn shame you've been in the game this long and still have to scramble and tour just to stay afloat.

If you notice, she wears maybe 2 designers per pic, and when you go on the fashion blogs it details the makers as if her PR sent it out.
