This is the beginning of the end, folks. I assume kanye called in a favor to his business man/friend Donald Trump to find a crack in jayz’s false Empire and crumple him to pieces. Ask Martha what happened when she lied to the SEC... she went to jail. What u guys fail to realize is that they can ask whatever they damn well please, such as “are u really worth a billion” and if he lies and says “yes” he’s going to JAIL! If he says he’s not sure... he’s going to jail and if he says no, that will be plastered all over the media and he will be made a fool! They will definitely ask... also, it’s too late to ask for privacy in the questions, so whatever he says is public record. The SEC will either make him go bankrupt with the constant cases tied to Iconix, or they will ask questions to land him in jail. Either way, he loses. This is the beginning of the end
Another scenario I think is playing here is that Iconix said they paid him 169 million, then devalued the brand again by 35 million and let’s keep in mind that Jay-Z is still a business partner with Iconix because they own everything with the word ROC in it, they said so in the sale of Rocawear... that’s including roc nation, Jay-Zs current airplane logo brand. They’re currently suing him for proceeds for roc nation. So anyway I’m trailing off
The scenario I envision is Iconix fudging the books and saving face and paying lawyers to cover up whatever screw up they did, their money is longer than monkey lips... they’re also most likely owned by “joooozzzzz” and they always win. Ugly boy will go down and Iconix will continue to operate as a respected brand. Ugly Z lost a lot of ppl money such as live nation, Iconix, tidal, GMC, and the list goes on. Ur wife on tour can’t bail u out of this one. It’s time to pay the piper. I bet he’s insured to the point where they’ll collect insurance money if he dies, gets hurt, or gets incarcerated. They’re gonna incarcerate his ass and get their money back Thoughts?

I'm reading dlisted comments and I gotta share these with u. Quoting comment: Shady people do shady shit. Meet Desiree Perez, a long time associate of Jay Z and the one who turned things around when Tidal's top executives quit that sinking ship. In 1994, Desiree Perez, current Chief Operating Officer of Carter Enterprises, was busted in Brooklyn with 35 kilos of cocaine with an estimated street value of at least $14 million. She was part of a massive cocaine distribution ring. "Desiree Perez became an informant and was let go from the federal prison custody and placed on five years of supervised release. She began working at nightspots in Miami Beach and was scheduled to meet her probation officer at the Club Onyx, when she skipped town without notice in early August 1997. The fugitive Perez resurfaced nine month later in Brooklyn, where she was arrested on March 5, 1998. Perez was charged with grand larceny, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of a firearm. Her probation was revoked and she was sentenced to only 9 months in prison and 3 years of supervised release. Perez appears to have been in business with Jay Z since at least 2002." Jay's SEC issues and Tidal's streaming fraud controversy has basically become a distant memory on black blogs. Some didn't even report Tidal's streaming controversy. Since this morning, Mediatakeout and TheRoot hasn't mentioned it. Jay's controversies are being overshadowed by an amazing onslaught/dump of black entertainers' gossip that I haven't seen in a while. On the same day and within 24hrs news leaked about Tierra Marie's nudes (so random?), Diddy's layoff of 1/3 Revolt staff, TI's restaurant's bankruptcy, R. Kelly's music being banned from Spotify and a crazy man broke into Rihanna's home (thankfully she wasn't home). But today's breaking news of Tidal releasing an exclusive new Prince album in 2019 with the blessing of Prince's estate may just make all the controversies disappear. I guess Jay found the contract he and Prince signed. www.rollingstone.com/music/news/tidal-prince-estate-agree-to-drop-unreleased-album-w520211Jay and Bey are being protected by someone powerful and its more than likely some media mogul and Desiree Perez. According to the website Expression Starts, "Desiree Perez and her husband Juan Perez are apart of the Hova Circle of influence - a group of investors and influencers who are within the entertainment and music industry....Her name is linked to Shawn Carter, whom she helped turn into a business mogul from being a rapper...She has been with the ROC since 2009 and has been an integral part of its growth through the years" expressionistarts.com/desiree-perez-the-heart-of-roc/(Interesting!!!! Maybe there is some truth to long standing rumors that Jay and Bey are government pawns) Dame Dash wasn't so keen to Desire Perez getting involved with the ROC www.google.com/amp/www.nydailynews.com/blogs/iteam/damon-dash-scared-news-report-a-rod-pal-desiree-perez-blog-entry-1.2146139%3FoutputType=amp (That article is fire!!!! Perez's husband was Jay's longtime wingman but now all of a sudden (after Desiree's arrest/informant work) the Perez's are entertainment royalty. I've heard that hard work and a positive attitude will take you far but calling boss moves in the entire entertainment industry and being A. Rod's (J Lo's boyfriend) counsel after his MLB doping scandal is mind boggling. I'm thinking Desiree's FBI informant work gave her a once in a lifetime reward to riches and fame. Maybe the government (TPTB) really owns RocNation? If Jay is dealing with people connected with the FBI, he probably has nothing to worry about with the SEC. If you let Donald Trump tell you about government agencies like the FBI or SEC, they're all Fake News)

They are reporting with a light touch. Remember when Jay took his turn to speak out against Trump? Liberal media tends to look out for their own same as Fox. They did the same with Weinstein until the story became too big to bury. I'm curious to see how bad it has to get before the media really pounces.

I can’t recall who, but one of us said the media protection they had is going away and I strongly believe it’s gone! I think the democrats were protecting the carters so they could use them to secure the black vote. When they didn’t win and their impact isn’t as strong as it once was, the Democrats have removed the media veil for them, so it’s all downhill from here. Throw in a little SEC questioning and tidal false impressions for good measure to really diminish the carters. I think the democrats will use fresh new meat in 2020 such as sza for young female votes and Drake for male votes. The carters are dust, let’s enjoy watching them blow in the breeze! Yasss
