The Carter's streaming scandal has helped to connect a lot of dots in the Carter's ongoing legal troubles. Y'all remember Kanye's lawsuits against Tidal? I can't stand Kanye but it would be so funny if Jay winds up owing Kanye money over the fake figures created by his company. I don't add much credence to what celebrities say or post on social media. No one can ever make me believe there is authentic respect or love between Bey and Rhi. She was probably just looking to gain customers by claiming Bey.
Something tells me Rihanna is geeking about this as much as we are. She needs to be assembling a legal team though. I'm sure Jay has been stealing from her as well.

They are out here working PR clean up like it's no one's business. Tina threw Solange under the bus with her heroic parenting stories of preemptive therapy which we know aren't true. Parents weren't sending their children to therapy in the 80's like that. Tina is also doing her thing on social media with her Scientologist husband. Jay-Z's mother just won some GLAAD award for being gay which is strange because the last I remember she and her girlfriend were stealing money from Jay's charitable organization.

Then there was Chance the rappers commencement speech where he oddly proclaimed Beyonce's Coachella performance was better than anything MJ has done. Some NY radio stations loyal to the Carters made sure to keep that one going for a minute.

I'm watching the Billboard Music Awards and it got me to thinking how many awards will be taken away from B because of the streaming lie?
It was nice to see her lose to Sza for top R&B female and she was nominated somehow for top Latin song for Mi Gente. Seriously? Top LATIN song? Anything for an award and she lost that category too.
If she worked in an office she would be the office s*** lying cheating and f****** her way to the top.
They threw J a bone (shut out at Grammys) for top Rap Tour.
And it was great to see Cardi B win over Nicki Minaj for top rap female.
The next generation is definitely taking over and like someone else said if they weren't putting ish out there to be noticed they would be forgotten rather quickly. No lasting impression like say, the Jacksons. It was nice to see Janet perform and accept her award the whole place gave her a standing ovation and nobody sat down the entire time she spoke and the whole crowd kept chanting her name Janet Janet Janet.
TAKE THAT BEYONCE! I want to see where she is at 50.

That Normani performance reminded me too much of the trend Beyonce has played out. She needs to change up her style and work on her vocals. I don't understand Cardi appeal at all. I guess her handlers figured the public ate up lil Kim and Nicki Minaj, why not try it again with another trash bag. Which takes me back to my original point with Normani. Does the industry really need another scantily clad Black woman lip syncing and doing stripper moves? I don't know about you guys but I have moved on to SZA and H.E.R.

I guess wi5 all these eyes on tidal it is going to be harder to inflate their streams on their joint album they are rumored to be dropping,or on the next beyonce album.
I been knew they were inflating her numbers, and many in the industry know and have known. I think pepsi found out first, I remember she was supposed to get cans and all this other stuff and Pepsi ran a promotion which required her fans to register on some website (I knew then that was their way of getting a true sense of her fan base as this was right after Matty was let go for cooking the books, although they made it out to be stealing only, he was manipulating numbers as well for those consecutive no 1 albums) anyway after that promotion the cans never materialized and their sponsorship of her was very limited, because they knew she wasn’t as large as marketed
Just recently even in their limited edition collection they have MJ, Britney and can’t think of the third but no BeyCooktheBooks
