Well she never smiles anymore, looks vacant and dead in the eyes, looks medicated and out of it... Is probably kept together by a team, like Britney... I think that's why they're lazy creatively and stuck on the marriage+narcissism formula.

That picture is scary. If I was superstitious I would completely believe she is demon possessed. She looks evil and different and otherworldly sometimes... Remember her second time at super bowl when she smiled and shook her head?
This woman is nuts, she just still has media protection and hasn't been exposed yet.
