Love her or hate her, you gotta admit it pleases you to see Rhi get it, and not Bey.
Yanno, with this, and J-Hud getting a star on the walk of fame, I almost wonder if Hollywood isn't subtlety slapping Bey in the face to take her down a peg.

I'm not pleased with Rihanna getting an Icon award. WTF seriously. Other artists would have deserved it hands down. To me whether it's Riri or Bey or any other average/non talented/overrated chick getting this kind of recognition it's just PR Propaganda. Just like when Beyonce got a "Millenium Award" at The Billboard Awards, her label bought this award... Which in previous Billboard ceremonies DID NOT EXIST. Well same thing. Prior to Rihanna getting it, the "Icon Award" didn't exist either.
These awards, created on demand by record labels are just a way to praise the non-existent greatness of these frauds they called "artists".
