This is something that I've just never understood, for those thugs who make it to old age, are they still dressing like Jay Z does? Can someone explainit to me? coz I don't get it. Do they not feel stupid? To me it makes him lose credibility on the few occassion that he is dressed right. It's like he's just playing dress up. But then again Beyonce is also running around in cut off shorts so I guess they are in their own little forever 21 world.

Just like you said they are ghetto and immature, and it's not only the way they dress, it's also they way they act and think. They are making a fool of themselves and everyone can see it, except the hoodrats who idolize them.
