I think Kim K did this deliberately. She wants us all to know that her little girl looks like a little girl. I think the pic is adorable and she's fame whored her kid less than Beyonce has.

They are so adorable at this age.

I can only hope the best for both Blue and Nori, because lets face it, they both have parents that are desperate. Kim may be doing it on the low at the moment, but look at what family she comes from. It's only a matter of time!
