Dave & Buster's? The ones I've been to have some good food but D&B's is pretty much Chuck E Cheese's for teens and grown folks. If her album really sold as well as news outlets claim I don't see why somebody couldn't have sprung for a venue that's a little more upscale. She doesn't seem 'regular' for this, just cheap.

I think this is keeping in line with wanting to get rid of all the things that separate her from her fans. And there was no promo budget remember. |

LMao at her desperate attempts to seem relatable, she needs more people because no one but her crazy hive wants to relate to her. And they are delusional and would have still related to her if she revealed she was an alien from mars.
Truth is, when an artisit first comes out the gate they have a chance to make as many fans as possible across all barriers. the better that artisit the longer that window of opportunity is open (think Mj, Prince, Whitney) this is what Rihanna is doing right now, but I don't see it lasting long for her. After that comes a definite point in time when you can no longer make new fans easily. You then have to maintain the ones you made (like Britney, Celine) Beyonce did not think she would ever reach the point where she wasn't getting more fans and neglected to maintain the ones she had. Her fan base has shrunk alarmingly for someone who still suppposedly has a long way to go in the game. She does not maintain her fans; she stays trying to reach younger and younger fans.

To me, this is proof of all the tea saying that her record label still is not backing the record. We all know Beyonce would never step foot into a Dave and Busters. She's there because she had to pay for the release party out of her own pocket and she didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. That's all his is. Her label knows that album is not gonna be a big seller and they won't even pay for the release party.

I thought she said she is a "Grown Woman"? Sade, Janet, Jlo, Tina Turner, Mariah.. all the real GROWN A$$ WOMEN wouldn't be caught dead in a cheap smelly juvenile establishment such as Dave & Busters! AHAHAAA!! It has absolutely nothing to do with "relating" to fans either.. just tacky & obvious.
