If I were her I wouldn't talk about this album. I'd act like it wasn't mine. Or just keep it light hearted. Say it was a lot of fun because she looks stupid talking about growth and personal experience when
A) She doesn't write her own songs B) She's selling sex harder than ever C) Many of the lyrics are juvenile.
Does Beyonce mean to tell us she grew into a ratchet sex crazed imbecile? That is not growth it is regression.

Only beyfool could do this. She's being slammed for sampling the Challenger Shuttle tragedy (it blew up 30sec after lift off) on her XO song. Now she says it was a tribute to all the people that died. she has her paid Stan on the DM saying she wrote all the songs on this 5th album. Now that this ish blew up they list the real song writers. I'm sorry her team is STUPID!!!!!!

BEYONCE has drawn criticism for the "insensitive" inclusion of audio from the space shuttle Challenger disaster in her video for a newly released love song.
Challenger exploded 73 seconds after liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center on January 28, 1986, killing all seven crew members.
The song XO, about a troubled relationship, features the voice of now-retired NlASA public affairs officer Steve Nesbitt, commentating as the shuttle was seen breaking apart on live television, US ABC-TV reports.
"Flight controllers here looking very carefully at the situation. Obviously a major malfunction," Nesbitt is heard saying. The brief audio clip runs for six seconds.
XO was written and produced by Ryan Tedder and Terius Nash, who goes by the stage name The Dream.

Beyonce issued a statement: "My heart goes out to the families of those lost in the Challenger disaster. The song XO was recorded with the sincerest intention to help heal those who have lost loved ones and to remind us that unexpected things happen, so love and appreciate every minute that you have with those who mean the most to you.
"The songwriters included the audio in tribute to the unselfish work of the Challenger crew with hope that they will never be forgotten."
Former and current astronauts, NASA employees and Challenger family members see it differently. June Scobee Rodgers, the widow of Challenger Space Shuttle Commander Dick Scobee and a founder of the Challenger Center for Space Science Education, expressed her disappointment in the singer's decision.
Keith Cowing, a former NASA employee who now runs the NASAWatch.com website, said, "This choice of historic and solemn audio is inappropriate in the extreme. The choice is little different than taking Walter Cronkite's words to viewers announcing the death of President Kennedy or 911 calls from the World Trade Center attack and using them for shock value in a pop tune."
Cowing would like to see the clip removed and an apology issued to the families of the Challenger crew.
Retired NASA astronaut Clayton Anderson told ABC News, "For the words to be used in the video is simply insensitive, at the very least."

I heard that and I honestly thought the "obviously a major malfunction" part was referring to her career/self. It thought it was quite fitting and the most honest words on the whole album. Now that I know where it's from, this heiffer hasn't got the sense she was born with. How is this a tribute? WTF? Beyonce, this is not how you court controvery you idiot. And I almost liked XO, nonsensical as it was, now I'm just turned off. And of course she didn't write anything, She can barely write her own name. She needs to let that lie die.

And furthermore, it would be real funny if they did try to remove the clip, because that means all the CD's that are already collecting dust on store shelves would have to be pulled. AND YALL KNOW, WHITE FOLKS *ESPECIALLY* DONT LIKE WHEN YOU PICK ON TRAGEDIES, especially if it was a national tragedy. #DONE

I knew this heifer was cheap and likes taking shortcuts but I never thought it would bite her in the ass like this. She and her PR people can claim that tribute bullisht all they want to but I bet it was cheaper and easier buying that soundbite from a news network than hiring a voice actor and record a fake mission control message for her video. Hell, since the snipet was originally from NASA it may have been free under fair use laws or something similar.
This is just so distasteful. Invoking memories of a national tragedy for one of her little songs is a new low for her. Did she really think that some people wouldn't recognize it? I guess people were supposed to be so wowed by her "art" that they wouldn't care. *smh*

I'd act like it wasn't mine: I suspect if it were you, or anybody actually, that would be believable. And the growth/personal experience thing could actually be true, except, because this time it's actually true, it sounds ridiculous compared to previous times when it wasn't true.

It's possible Beyonce was clueless about the tragedy. And clueless about the words. It's also possible she would not even ask the song writers about it when she first heard it.

Sorry, being off the grid for a couple of days I didn't realise she had responded to this. It’s not how she usually handles controversy so maybe she’s sincere this time, I don’t know.
