Do y'all think he could save her at this point? He's good, but do you think he'd be good enough to undo all this damage?
And I'm speaking as if, she totally got rid of Jay, as in left him, and became truly solo again, to rebuild her brand.....

Matty would have that brand sparkling clean again, and it would be only us in our corner of the internet scoping out what she does on the daily, the comments on mainstream blogs wouldn't be riddled with negative comments anymore, like they are as of now. Matty would have this Heffa looking like the "queen" she always thought she was, and now the world is laughing at that title... Matty would see to it that she got it back and the public would comply after matty finished his magic.

Her brand has (is) suffering SERIOUS damage, but I dont think she's quite unsalvageable *yet*. She still has a pretty decent fanbase, and she still looks reasonably good, and she still has those showgirl performing skills that he taught her... But I think by end of 2014/beginning of 2015, she may be at that unsalvageable point, because god only knows what we are going to see from her in 2014, now that the desperation-o-meter has been turned all the way up. |

It's not that I don't think he (or another manager who actually cares about Beyzlebub) could do it, I just don't know what kind of spin they would put on it. Like, how would he explain the detour from the original image that was crafted for her? Would Bey reveal some sort of substance abuse problem to explain it away? Would Matt encourage her to feign some sort of mental health issues? Or would they spin it as her spousal abuse and psychological control after Matt forces her to divorce Camel?
Getting major media outlets to go back to only saying good stuff about her would be the easy part - all he would have to do is micromanage her PR people and resort to his previous strong-arming tactics. IMO the hard part would be trying to come up with some reason/excuse that would endear her to ex-fans or would help her to gain new ones.

Honestly, I don't know if Matty could get her back on top. If he had been an honest business man, then yeah, probably. But because he did all sorts of dirt to get Beyonce on top, no one is going to want to help him do it again. All the writers they screwed over are not going to go running back to be used and abused by Beyonce when they can give their hits to Rihanna or whoever. Payola does not create loyalty.
she's not unsalvageable, but the tide has turned against her. People plain don't like her, it's not like she just faded into the background and needs a comeback. she's in the foreground disgusting the public. That's different. Matty would have to make people forget about the past 4 years, and people don't forget so easy. she'd have to lay low for 2 years minimum then come with an entirely new direction, sound, vision, weave- everything. And yes she'd also have to send the camel back to the Zoo.

Her voice isn't versatile. Shes not truly an artist, icon or legend. Doesn't have longevity. Doing ALL that work she'd be about 35-36. And she's actually older than what she is so just imagine what she'd look like. She will have to divorce Jay Z, do a custody battle, all while laying low for 2 years, trying to fix her image, find a new sound. She'd def be worn out. Rihanna would DEF steal her so called thrown. (Or maybe a new chick) so that all together is about what 4 years? Maybe 5? For these messed up 4 years they would have to take another 4 years to actually clean it all up. Beyonce is a grown woman she knows what shes doing |
