Now that the album hype has died down, and you RARELY hear a stan rave about THE MUSIC (they only rave about HOW she released it) and her casual fans tell you they are NOT feeling it)..... being that her fans are so fickle ALREADY, and this album was pure garbage, here is my prediction for next year:
The stans were so bent on proving a point when this album came out, that they were willing to overlook the fact that its garbage, just to show the "haters" how "bad" Bey is, etc etc...so that hype and momentum (along with her PR stunts) is what took the album as far as it went.....
Now that the hype is wearing off, and the fight is pretty much over (and lost), the only thing left to set in with the stans, will be boredom. Because now, they have to listen to the album in their quiet time, and actually REALLY ask themselves if they like it.
And I have a feeling that most of them, actually do not. And I feel that they are going to really become bored with Bey. Her die hard stans will continue to love her, and even this album...but honestly, even among the stans, there are die hard stans, and there are stans that are still very much convertible (to go against her). Just like you have bandwagon fans for a sports team, you also have bandwagon fans and stans for artists...some people were ambivalent about her, but then jumped on the stan team when it appeared she is winning....and as soon as they see she is not, they will jump right back off the bandwagon.
Another HUGE factor, is that she lost some of her stans with this new image, whether they are ready to admit it to themselves or not. She lost them...its like Prince changing from an androgenic rock star, to an image more like Brian McKnight....he would lose his fanbase because he changed the very core of what made his fans like him. Same with Bey...dont get me wrong, she's always been borderline slut, but there was always a boundary she didnt cross....now she did.
So, I think, in the long run, this album and the way she released it, will have a delayed impact which will be negative as far as her fan base.

Beyonce is of low intellect like her stans....and people of low intellect ALWAYS focus solely on the present...they dont think about tomorrow. Thats why the critics can sit back amongst all the facade of appearing to be "winning" and wait for it to crash and burn like it always does. |

I agree. The album is already flopping. It's number 39 on itunes and the two singles she released are flopping. I think the XO song is #66 on billboard. That's terrible. Which is why her public relations people created the controversy around the Challenger disaster audio on the song. All of the videos are released so there's really nothing for her to do to promote the album. It's dying already. It'll probably stay in the top ten for album sales for a while because there are no major artists releasing new music any time soon. I think the soonest another major artist releases an album will be in March when Mariah drops hers. But the sales will still be low of course. As I said, when it's all said and done, she'll barely sell more than 4flop.

I've always said Beyonce is a fading star. Every album she released sold less than the last. Her fanbase steadily shrunk instead of grew. Her music has gotten worse over the years. She's not broken any worthwhile records. (I'd consider the grammys but we know how she got those). She's been falling ever since she left DC. All the media hype has made it look like she was winning but the numbers tell you whats up.
As for the stans it depends on what they saw in her to begin with. But it looks like lose lose to me. If they likd the music-it's gone bad.
If they liked being associated with a winner- she's losing. What left to stay for. Also a lot of Beyonce's stans are of the wrong age. As a singer you want adult fans. Even though youngsters seem like they have the most buying potential, they also have the shortest attention span. With older people, if they liked "Prince" in 2000, they probably still like him ten years later.

I heard Drunk In Love on the way to work this morning, and at first I tuned away instantly, but then I went back just to SEE if there was anything I was missing (as in, is the song really hot and my "haterade" just wont let me like it)...but naw, even if I were still a present day Bey fan, that mess sounds wack as hell.

I heard Drunk In Love on the way to work this morning, and at first I tuned away instantly, but then I went back just to SEE if there was anything I was missing (as in, is the song really hot and my "haterade" just wont let me like it)...but naw, even if I were still a present day Bey fan, that mess sounds wack as hell. The only good thing about Drunk in Love is the beat. The lyrics (both hers and Jays) are wack. And the video and her singing/lyrics shows how desperately she's biting Rihanna. Lawd! |

I'll tell you were these rude, insane "people," need to go. Get an education and learn to how to act like human beings, instead of rabid animals. They are really a disgrace to the human race.
I went on a website to see what these "stans" were like and I had my mouth hanging open at how they really believe she is an idol. I recall what happened to Jimi Hendrix when, he being a black man had so much influence, particularly over caucassians(?)
Everything "she" now does turns to mud, Pepsi dropped her as quiet as it is kept, she is going to be in huge debt to them, so many lawsuits, ridiculous monthly living expenses, and the list goes on. These "stans" need to go to some of the major and websites and try feuding with them. They make our websites look like nursery rhythms in comparison. This person has also disgusted people the world over. It would be interesting to see them on foreign websites going in on someone in French, Italian or German, when they can barely speak English, just like their uneducated leader. Also, most will go looking in their empty pockets, and fake designer pocketbooks for that $15.99 they wasted, giving to their, fake "queen.  |

^^^^ Agreed...When I was a kid I didn't like to hear anybody say anything bad about Janet or Michael but clearly I've had to get over that. However, I was never outside-of-my-mind about it...Her Stans seem to be under some sort of spell, girl thank God I have sage!
