Yes, Beyonce is a grown woman and must take responsibility for her actions which have put her in the position she is in, but we also all know that Beyonce has spent most ofher life taking orders from other people (Her dad and Jay Z). I feel like the one person who should have had Beyonce's back and looked out for her interests the most was her mother, Tina. And I feel like Tina dropped the ball bigtime.
Tina has been there from the beginning. She styled herself as a respectable no nonsense Southern lady. But that image was misleading. Tina failed to keep her daughter grounded and let hr grow into the monster we see today. I remember some show about them where they said Beyonce had gotten popped in the mouth by Tina for talking sideways at her when they had the number 1 single in the country. Looking back I'm starting to doubt that that really happened. But my focus is on Tina's more recent failures at looking out for Beyonce.
I remember reading that it was Tina who encouraged Beyonce to stay with Jay despite his cheating ways. I don't know how true that is because I also remember reading that Tina couldn't stand Jay.
But I feel Tina's greatest fail was letting her bitterness come between Beyonce and her father. Had Tina been mature about it she could have advised Beyonce to keep her dad as a manager even though the marriage was over. But no, she probably played the victim to the max and guilted Beyonce into firing her dad. She probably did it out of spite. Beyonce could have kept her dad as manager even thouh she didn't agree with what he did. It's not like it was the first time it happened.
Any thoughts on Tina and Bey's relationship, especially since this perceived distance they seem to have between each other now. Beyonce doesn't even talk about her parents anymore.

It's really kinda hard to say, especially with the Knowles clan, very weird. But here are my thoughts on it. I think Beyonce has dropped her mother. I think she has gotten too 'big headed'.
•It's hard for a mom to helplessly sit and watch her daughter's downward spiral happen.
•I've read that old camel face had been pressuring the mother and Daughter relationship, he wants to be the ONLY other person in her life, and lastly,
•I think that since Tina has her new boyfriend now, maybe it's time to cut the cord from ole Beyonce, she's prolly just gone and started living her life. That should be very scary for Beyonce, we see what happened when Matty got kicked to the curb, just imagine this train wreck without Tina as well. Oh my.
I honestly believe that this album, these porno videos, the blasphemous pics all wouldn't have happened the way it did if Matty AND Tina was around. Beyonce has spiked outta control, but it has just begun. I am sitting in my front row seat with my popcorn and my Dr. Pepper.
So this is my take on momma Tina and her daughter.

I agree with both of you ladies, and you both have VERY valid points, and for some reason I'm really feeling the points made about Tina in Missy's post. I honestly think Tina gave up caring because she didnt have a choice. And she also loves her lifestyle and doesnt wanna bite the hand that feeds her.....plus, no matter what Beyonce is to the rest of the world, that's still her baby girl and I'm sure a mother's love still outshines everything else (ALTHOUGH Hollywood has been known to do some strange things to parent/child relationships...I mean, look at Bey and Matty, who would have saw THAT coming?)
Anyways, I wouldnt even be surprised if nowadays, Tina was actually more connected/involved with Solange and Jules.

AND is it just me, or am I correct by saying that I have NEVER saw this Grandma holding Blue. A friend and I were discussing it. We were like, Tina is probably old School. She probably feels that since Beyonce didn't carry the baby, and have the whole experience then Tina can't /won't connect. This is one strange family. Jay Z's mother is NEVER on Beyonce's IG, wasn't at the Tina's belated b-day party in N.O. I mean wasn't that a family moment. You never see them pictured having lunch together or never a "grandmas day out" together somewhere with Blue, I mean wouldn't TMZ just eat that up? Something is up, and boy I have a feeling that when this nonsense gets out in the open, ( cuz it always does) it's gonna be epic.

missy I think his grandmother and mom where there but just not photograph together. The only photo I saw was with jay an his grandmother, but it is weird that you don't see them hanging out with blue. You don't even see his brothers or sisters. It's almost as if they don't exist to them an him.

About Tina's Bday party, I swear this woman wants to be beyonce. Why the hell would people half her age be at her party? I doubt she even has a relationship with Jhud, Monica etc etc. She probably justwanted famous people to be there so as to impress her regular family. How see-through and desperate.

It would be really funny if Tina/Bey had to pay these people to show up.
