Found this on YT hope this doesn't offend anyone, but is is funny as it does depict feminism (to me) incorrectly at times.

Well the way I feel I would have to explain my view on feminism. I think feminism was a conspiracy started by people whose agenda it was to destroy the family as we know knew it. A woman is the core of her family. They basically sold women "magic beans" but with no happy ending. They convinced women that they were unhappy (When for the most part they weren't). Convinced they were being mistreated ( again for the most part, no); and convinced them that their homes(family) had no value.
By the way I'm talking about white women. White women took the bait and decided to exit their little paradises looking for those greener pastures that were promised to them by "wise women" fast forward 60 years and women are more unhappy than they have ever been. Womens health (Mental wellbeing for eg) is at an all time low. Children are running wild with no guidance whatsoever because mother's aren't home to raise them. Society (American society) has been turned on its head by feminism and other crafty gimmicks. I swear Americans can't see it because they are in it. But from the view point of someone looking in; it's frightening. Now I'm not saying women should not work and should only stay home. I'm saying the way women have been taught to arrange their priorities, their families are now an after thought.
I feel white feminism is so phony. Black women, African and African American, have BEEN working alongside their husbands and sharing in the good and the bad since the begining of time. We are the original feminists. We did it with grace and still kept our homes intact. White women to me sound like kids throwing a tantrum, they were always priviledged, they just got bored with that kind of priviledge and demanded a different kind.
How this applies to Beyonce. I feel that Beyonce as a product is exactly what someone wanted to design and market to black women as ideal. That person/ those people have more in store for Black American women and all western women in general and if y'all don't wake up soon it, it will be too late.

The only contribution that white women (years ago) have done, in the USA, was getting the right to vote. Today's new crop have created an elitist (whinny) sorority where you can only enter with the right credentials.
Years ago, my gay, male friend said "You should join the feminist movement." I said..."I would be afraid it might interfere with how I view my husband." He lol and said "It probably will".
eljjai said..."Women's health (Mental wellbeing for eg) is at an all time low. Children are running wild with no guidance whatsoever because mother's aren't home to raise them. Society (American society) has been turned on its head by feminism and other crafty gimmicks"..... You speak the truth!!!
There seems to be a concerted effort to push feminism today! Why else would they hire or ask BeyDunce to summit that plagiarist essay? I'm wondering if it's in preparation for Hillary run? You know, Hillary = woman and time to swing the feminism banner. If the Democrats don't nominate her or the public doesn't vote for her... we/they will all be called "Anti-feminist"

My situation was that I stayed Home with my girls until they were in 4th grade, I didn't want my girls in daycare allowing strangers to instill bad thing in them, I don't knock others who must choose daycare and babysitters, one has to do What one must to to make it, I have a husband that just feels the same way I do. But my point is that by doing the right thing, I was looked upon as somewhat lazy, and always asked, "don't you want your own money?" But staying at Home being a mother an and a wife is hard work. I really Thank you for breaking down this feminist definition. Like you say though I hope people will wake up, because the end result is that people have children out here with no fear of their parents or God. They are raising little bullies and monsters. Sadly try though it'll be too late when women, parents open their eyes and realize that God and family is first priority.

The feminist wanted "choice" as long as you chose what they said, it was all BS. I remember how the feminist (on TV), made fun of stay at home moms. That was not right, we all live by our own value. Don't need a stranger telling me... what's good for me and my family.

"The feminist's movement turned rather fanatical and ugly in the 1960s/70s their focus began to shift from reform and equal opportunity to control. The feminist leaders - humorless, militant, pugnacious, and angry with their particular lot in life, launched programs that were anti-God, anti-capitalism, anti-family, anti-birth, anti-heterosexual and fostered a virulent hatred of anything having to do with males. They no longer wanted to equalize the status of women, but instead wanted to irreversibly alienate women from men and vice versa." ^ I don't think the above is true for the average woman, but it does seem to describe the leaders of the feminist party. Unfortunately, these feminist have a great influence. Even if that influence is supported by girls/women, who wish to view themselves on a faux winning team. The platitudes are carried far and wide, and in time, excreting pressure and change on an unsuspecting populace. Regardless, I have never seen so much gender confusion in my life.

OK. I identify as a neo-feminist. I see that feminism is scorned on here, so with all due respect, I love men, I dont look down at stay at home moms (my mom is one, and she's the strongest woman I know). And I'm a woman of color. What I fight against, are the ways the media sexually objectifies women and the vicious stereotypes and double standards we endure. For example, when I became of age, and expressed an interest in sex, I was called a slut and a "dirty bitch" by my peers. However, when my male counterparts did the same they were praised for it. Attitudes like that disgust me, and are very misogynistic. Lastly, as a spiritual person, I use my feminism to celebrate my womanhood. I embrace being a female and I'm empowered by it. I guess you could say I have a more "exotic" approach to feminism ( my friends used to call me an Amazon). But nonetheless, don't be so disdainful of all feminists, because were not all the same! xoxo

What you said is completely reasonable, but this is not what is at the forefront when it comes to feminism. At the forefront you have rabid man-destroying, privilege demanding, women-bashing pschopaths.

I understand what your saying. but to be honest, mainstream society in itself has taken a fast slope downhill. I also know many feminists who are also genuinely very kind, peaceful, caring women (and are happily married with kids). Plus remember this-THE MEDIA TENDS TO (DELIBERATELY) SHOWCASE THE MOST IGNORANT INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PART OF GROUPS, BE IT FEMINISTS, MALE CHAUVINISTS, REALITY TV STARS, SINGERS, RELIGIOUS LEADERS (WITH SCANDALS), CRIMINALS, THE LIST GOES ON. TPTB want to maintain a dark mentality/garbage culture that keeps people ignorant, arrogant, and overall moving further away from the Light. THE WORLD ITSELF NEEDS TO CHANGE. love and hugs~

I am a feminist myself (and not ashamed of it), and I love men and respect women's choices, whether they want to be stay-at-home moms or choose to focus all of their energy on their careers. It grinds my gears when people only see the "man-hating" feminists that the mainstream media portrays instead of, you know, actually getting to know feminists in real life or, at the very least, reading books on/by feminists to see genuine points of view and THEN drawing a reasonable conclusion on the state of feminism. I loathe those who take the narrow "all feminists hate men and want to destroy the family unit" viewpoint. (By the way, feminists aren't trying to destroy the family; we actually embrace it as we've always had. Most of us just don't believe that there is one correct way in which to raise/have a family.) I'm not going to get knee-deep in the feminist discussion because I feel like it's kind of pointless (especially on Destiny's Rehab boards), plus I'm just exhausted explaining my stance. But if you look at and know the history (past and present) of feminism and the women's lib movement, you'll see that Beyonce is not, indeed, a true feminist (at least in my eyes). That is all.

Cosign 100% and yes, I forgot to mention Beyonce's..views. well it seems like partially she POSSIBLY could've wanted more rights as a woman, maybe inspired by "growing up surrounded by women" (her words). But all in all, her messages both lyrically and action wise contradict each other remember also how she's made it hard for other female artists by stealing, blacklisting, etc. Feminist or not, women shouldn't bring each other down. Were better than that.
