Salad 1: Spinach leaves add green grapes (cut in half lengthwise) and Clementines wedges separated and cut in half top with chopped pecans Dressing - raspberry vinaigrette (I buy Bolthouse Farms raspberry vinaigrette (in refrigerated section), it taste great, low in saturated fats, healthy, but hard to find.
Salad 2: Base - Spinach leaves Next layer - grated sharp cheddar cheese Final layer - Sauteed mushrooms on top, the warmth of the mushrooms melts most of the cheese Dressing - Peppercorn Ranch

^^ I love spinach salads, so both of those sound great! Here's the link to the pasta dish I mentioned in the thread about Beyowulf"s Grammy performance www.aldi.us/en/recipes/main/pasta/sweet-and-creamy-bacon-and-sausage-linguine/I don't think any of the ingredients I used came from Aldi actually (lol) but it turned out very well. Next time I think I'd like to make a meatless version with mushrooms instead of the bacon and sausage.

I am familiar with cooking and preparing some healthy cocktails. One of them cocktail of berries. This drink contains many useful elements and vitamins for our body. Better preparing coctails without refined sugar, syrup or additives. I keep the cocktails in special bottles which I bought at allinpackaging.co.uk/containers/bottle/ What is your favorite drinks??

For family or company, it healthy and delicious and very easy and looks beautiful. I put mine in a clear, glass, ice bucket (really anything will do but it’s so pretty through clear glass). Clean and combine Combine: Green grapes cut in half lengthwise Seedless purple grapes cut in half lengthwise Clementines peeled and each piece separated (I do not cut these, you can cut them in half if you wish) Strawberries cut into pieces Blueberries Mix all together and serve. It tast so good and healthy. Substitute other fruit of above is not available. I like tart fruit, for those that don’t you can soak your blueberries or strawberries in sugar water for 10 min. and drain. For non dieting folks have wipe cream handy. Enjoy healthy eating

Cabbage Stew
Cabbage Your fav smoked sausage Cream of celery soup Chicken or beef broth Smoked turkey Olive oil Carrots Chopped onion
It's really no wrong way to season it, I use accent, salt, pepper, my Goya seasoning, which, if you aren't familiar,it's a Mexican type of all seasoning, and I use a little cayenne for some burn. This is the best one dish meal, and it's perfect for the winter months, and your not in the kitchen babysitting a lot.
How to put it together: 1. Boil diced sausages and smoked turkey or pork pieces in the chicken or beef broth, add a little Olive oil, just a dash, season it up to how you like it, this is your base, so if u season it well you won't need to season it again. Boil it for about 20 min. 2. Add cabbage, cook till tender, add carrots and cream of celery sir it, and let it simmer for about 20 more min, so the carrots can cook. 3.Always taste before you serve, tweak it as needed, and enjoy!
