Near-expired rapper Joe-Z has been in the blogs lately for forgetting the words to his songs on more than one recent occasion. It would seem age is catching up with the rapper. Camel, who may also be lying about his age although not to the extent of his veracity-impaired wife, has been caught out at least twice recently with an empty space in his mind and a silent mic in his hoof.
There is such a thing as early onset Alzheimer's which affects people under the age of 65. Whilst Jay Z is know to enjoy the finer things in life, he's not known for taking care of his body or mind. Like many rock stars who abuse themselves in their youth, old age might well be a nightmare for him.
One might also remember the old adage; "The best way to remember something is to write it down." Rumors of Jay-c having ghost writers for his songs have dogged the Humped One for ages. If he's never written any of the lyrics down it's easy to see how he could have a hard time remembering them. It appears as though he does not even spend much time practicing the juvenile drivel he calls art. His lyrics are as simple as nursery rhymes and everyone knows how easy those are to remember.
Maybe this is just one more sign that he needs to hang up the mic. He's hemorrhaging cool points with his every move nowadays and it won't be long till kids are laughing at the old geezer who can't keep up but insists he can.
