Beyonce's album is all hype, no substance. The writing in on the Wall, just like it was for Latavia and Latoya! This Yonce image isn't working for her, now Jay Z is managing her it can only get worse....Here's a that chart, great thread Kels!

I think what happened was that as soon as she appeared on the screen with her legs spread eagle and then bending over and presenting her butt and privates to the camera, people said "what in the hell is this trash Beyonce's doing", and then turned it. That's what I did. I didn't see the clips until later that night, when everyone was talkign about how bad the performance was, because I didn't wanna watch that trashy performance live. From the moment you saw her on the screen, you knew it was gonna be some nasty mess. Who wants to sit there and watch that with their kids? No one. And that's why, even with all the "excitement" surrounding her Grammy performance, she had the lowest ratings out of the whole show.

I didn't watch the show when it aired (I'm all about DVR and like to be in control like Ms Janet ) but if I was sitting there with kids I would have turned the channel.

For me, the best performance of the night was Daft Punk with Pharrell and Stevie. I was literally dancing next to my screen with my sister when we saw this. Not surprised for Beyonce, her performance was TRASH.

At first I was going to say maybe she was the least watched because she was first. Basically trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, but then I remembered how hyped people were about seeing her and Jay perform together. So you're probably right. People tuned in, didn't like what they saw, then quickly tuned out.

LMAO yes, I too was going to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking about how maybe it's coz it was first. But now that I think about it, when an important program is airing, people don't actually plan to be late for it. they might switch channels towards the end when they've seen what they wanted to see but, no one goes: "Oh the grammy's are on at 8 tonight, I'll start watching at 8:20."
Coz you don't know how fast the show is gonna move and you don't wanna miss anything important.
And where was the hive? Don't they own TVs? Why is it the hive only pay lip service to Bey but never show up and show out for her? Do you see what happens Beyhonce, when you make people worship your image and not give a damn about your music?

Not surprised for Beyonce, her performance was TRASH. Of the few performances I watched, I enjoyed this set and also Kendrick Lamar's set. I didn't watch much of the show because I watched RHOA.
