I'd like to see this pass but I anticipate this Act being shot down. Call me crazy but I think that if BMA is enacted in Hawaii then fans in other states may push for something similar, and major concert/touring production companies don't want something like this messing up their money (they don't really care who buys tickets as long as they're paid for). Certain "artists" wouldn't like this either because then they couldn't brag about "sold out" shows anymore.
