Bloody Hell, my whole post just disappeared. Okay starting again. A thread on lipstick alley was talking about the industry tradition of using people to sweeten deals. Celebrities both male and female are passed around as bonuses for goods recieved or as discounts for goods desired. Be it studio time, guest appearances etc etc. This same font also claimed that MAtthew had been using the DC girls in that way for the longest time. The same font also claimed that Jay and Bey are notorious for it. This is what I'd like to discuss. Does Jay use Beyonce to compliment deals? Jay Z has 0 appeal outside of his very limited fan base. He has had some peculiar pairings in the past, Linkin Park for example. His most recent pairing with Justin Timberlake was odd to say the least. Justin doesn't need the fans. Linkin Park certainly didn't need the fans. His "friendship" with Chirs Martin was wierder than wierd and fooled nobody at all. His deal with Samsung was also very odd, Samsung didn't need the customers (their phone was going to sell regardless). His "skills" being used on what was supposed to be a great movie, Gatsby. With their budget and with a project as big a that, common sense would say that they would choose someone with a history of excellence when it came to music for movies. Jay Z had absolutely no experience in that field and much was needed. Jay Z is the one who stood to benefit the most from all these pairings. The way he has managed to slither into all sorts of corners defies logic. something else must be going on. And I think this the tea spiller on LSA might have exposed what it was. Beyonce, like it or not, is a big name. In an industry full of sociopaths, being able to say "I f****d beyonce" has a lot of value. It is seldom about genuine desire in such situations. One would sleep with a gorgeous woman who was a nobody and get no thrill from it because of her low status, but sleeping with Trannybey would be great just for the bragging rights. Maybe Jay Z is perfectly aware of the "hot commodity" he has in his posession. And if Matty did it, why shouldn't he. It woul certainly explain a lot. Notice that Mr Carter only started getting these "opportunities" when he landed Beyonce. Was Beyonce's marketability alone, strong enough to turn into money for Jay Z on his own? Jay Z is only desirable if he brings Beyonce. Whether he brings her out front (like the presidential elections) or whether he brings her through the back for some freaky fun times, doesn't matter, so long as he brings her. If you think about it. Beyonce was not the one thirsty to be seen as being politically aware. It's Jay Z that feels the need to be seen as a concious intellectual person. Beyonce's just happy to shuck and jive like she did for Bush. Jay Z needed the world to think he was the type of person that could discuss politics and fine art with the best of them. So maybe he let the prez take a ride so that he could be allowed to give off the impression that he and the prez were on the same level intellectually. I'm just saying... it would explain a lot. link |

I believe this happens with male and female artist, of legal age of consent and with children....God know who Jay had to sleep with behind the scenes. Its beyond sad/distrubing that Matthew would pimp out DC. I read some old tea on DR when I first found it about Beyonce spending "quality time" with a record exec to basically secure DC's deal. Also about Jay, Beyonce and R Kelly having 3somes around the time that Jay and R Kelly were working out the deal for their ill-fated best of both worlds tour. Lets face it Jay wouldn't have been walking the Oscars red carpet in 2005, if he wasn't Beyonce's +1.Now he's trying to capitalize off Daft Punk's success. He just released a song with Daft Punk called "computerized" what ever happened to death to auto tune??? Remember when Dallas Austin was talking about what some singers do for tracks:  |

Interesting video, he goes off topic a bit (I'll admit I don't care bout Paula deen and Rachel ) I would have liked to know more about the rappers that turn gay for fame. Bow wow's been in this since he was a little kid. I don't even want to imagine what he's seen. Chris Brown was such a sweet kid when he came out. But you could see him changing into something else. HYou could see it in his eyes. I remember, before I was awake to any of this nonsense, seeing him change into what he has become now. By the time he did that song with Tpain he was no longer the boy he started out as.
The evil people love people like Chris, broken home, history of abuse, needy. Then they build them up onlyto rip them to shreds later. Chris was messed up long before he beat Rihanna.

Have to say I was dumb founded, embarrassingly so/slow. Thought I bring one of, so many good, comments home to DR2.
I grew up in a affluent part of NYC. Part of my family is involved in politics, I have met some of the most powerful men and women of our time. That has led to my cynicalness when it comes to these people. On the other side I have family that is involved in sports and entertainment. It was drilled in my head not to enter either arena. I didn't understand or listen to those warnings. So when I got older I attempted to be in the industry.
It wasn't until I myself tried to have a career in music as a songwriter did I learn certain things. I used to tell myself that I was lucky that I choose not to be a solo artist (which doesn't really mean anything, you are put on the same auction block). I worked a lot behind the scenes and many of my friends still do. I know for a fact that Juelz, Busta and Kevin Lil*)(#&es and many more have paid/pay and maintain/ed the lifestyles for many of my guy friends who are verrrrry gay. One of them was turned out by the industry he is now severely addicted to cocaine and turning tricks any and everywhere. I know of white "philanthropic's " that attended black industry events and turned it into their own personal buffets for ass. Andy H#ill%*(finger is the biggest perverted human being I have met. I was also a part of a non-for profit that claimed that it was a "artist development" kind of organization/help for at risk youth. That really introduced young kids to perverts in the industry. I was sicken that they got a doc out the deal as well as backing from R*)*)ushphilanthro*( _*pic and the founder used it as a opportunity to advance his non existent career.
Sad, just damn sad.

Excellent quetion R, I call Beyonce Tranny Bey because her version of femininity is quite vulgar, and is quite similar to many trannies versions. It's like a mockery of actual femininity. He over-the-top hair make and wardrobe is exhausting. Think of other black female artists, or female artists of any color. None of them do the things Beyonce does. Her so called swag is very unfeminine. Very masculine in a dress. Think of drag shows, Beyonce would fit right in. her imge is very hard.
