Hi Everyone,
I'm pretty sure some of you have visited the website run by singer Aisha titled "The Judiciary Report"-the site is dedicated to exposing corrupt celebrities and cults which have exploited many people, especially in the music industry. In the past I enjoyed visiting the site and supported Aisha in her stance against the corrupt members of the media. However, for the past several months, Iv'e been noticed a disturbing trend in her posts. She constantly has been harshly insulting various industry women and calling them names, "slut-shaming", victim-blaming, while writing about the men in a professional, sympathetic tone. Not just women who are corrupt, but also women who are LEGIT rape victims or victims of assault, harrassment, and cyberbullying. here are a number of example Iv'e copied and pasted from her page:
Quote: "Floyd Mayweather posted this rough photo of ex-fiancée Shantel Jackson to Instagram
"
"Top ranked boxer Floyd Mayweather and his former fiancée Shantel Jackson got into an argument on Instagram, where she was left with egg (and zits) on her face. Mayweather posted a photo of Jackson with unkempt hair, sparse eyebrows, dark circles around her eyes and zits on her face. She was looking like an extra in the Color Purple. Mayweather is a man that takes pride in his appearance. He takes care of himself. Jackson should have known he would object to her looking rough and for many months a number of photos revealed she went around in this manner on a regular basis when not accompanying him to high profile events. ackson should have kept her looks up via effective skin and hair treatments, rather than relying on plastic surgery that went wrong. She relaxed believing she had Mayweather and his money, which was a big mistake. So many beautiful women have been waiting to take her place. Bad Medina, Mayweather's masseuse Jackson complained about, moved up in the rankings and has taken her place.
Two months ago the Judiciary Report stated Jackson should not have gotten that bad plastic surgery (Shantel Jackson Slams Former Fiancé Floyd Mayweather Online After He Dumps Her For New Chick On His Birthday). At 32-years of age she did not need it (yet). It damaged her look via the "pillow face" effect and took away from her natural beauty. Jackson succumbed to the Hollywood plastic look and damaged what God gave her in the process. Mayweather's comments this week confirmed what the site stated two months ago about her look. You can't keep a man like Mayweather doing that and Jackson should have known that."
Ok, so its HER fault that he cheated AND humilated her online? huh? I understand both of them have issues, but Aisha is literally making excuses for Mayweather cyberbulling his ex girlfriend.
heres another recent one:
Quote: " Sexual Assault Allegations Against Football Player Colin Kaepernick Sound Suspect
San Francisco 49ers football player Colin Kaepernick is under criminal investigation for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman in Miami at a residence at the Viceroy Hotel. The unnamed woman was in an apartment alone with Kaepernick and two other football players. She stated she mixed alcoholic drinks for the three men and they encouraged her to use a bong which contained marijuana or they wouldn't give her any alcoholic shots.
The woman alleges she felt lightheaded after smoking the marijuana and went to Kaepernick's bedroom to lay down on the bed. She states Kaepernick, a man who she's had a sexual relationship with, "Came up behind her into the bedroom and started kissing her." She is now alleging sexual assault, stating she woke up in a hospital bed and has no knowledge of how she arrived there.
There is so much wrong with this story. First of all, why was she comfortable being alone, in an apartment, at night with not one, but three male athletes, if she didn't know them well. It doesn't sound anyone forced her there. She was even playing bartender. Secondly, why was she mixing the three males alcoholic drinks if she was uncomfortable with the situation. It sounds like she was partying. Thirdly, why is she stating Kaepernick sexually assaulted her when she's had a sexual relationship with him for months. A woman can be raped by an ex-boyfriend, but the information she provided to the police reads as though she an Kaepernick have a sexual relationship.
A jury is not going to believe she voluntarily entered an apartment with three pro-athletes she knows, one she's been having sex with for months, made them alcoholic drinks and smoked weed with them, then her boyfriend (or customer), raped her. I'm not buying it. Sounds like someone trying to get a quick payday or revenge. Suspect stories like these make it so difficult for real rape victims to be believed. Some rape stories I believe, such as allegations made against former football player Darren Sharper (Former NFL Football Player Darren Sharper Facing 30-Years In Prison For Drugging And Raping People). However, the story regarding Kaepernick doesn't sound right. Pieces of the story are missing.
"
Ok, I wasnt there, and Aisha could possibly be correct, but again, it sounds like she is participating in classic "blame the woman" behavior. SECONDLY, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, this CAN AND DOES HAPPEN TO WOMEN. HAS SHE EVER HEARD OF DATE RAPE? DATE RAPE DRUGS? that can happen to anyone anywhere. I hate to sound angry, but as someone who KNOWS women who have been raped by a boyfriend while intoxicated, I'm appalled.
heres a quote she has about Mariah Carey:
"I'm not a fan of how Mariah Carey got her record deal (having sex with Sony Music president Tommy Mottola while he was married with small kids, breaking up his marriage, then marrying and using him for preferential treatment at the label). Not a fan of Carey repeatedly stealing copyrighted music from stars such as Earth, Wind and Fire and the Emotions (for which she was sued) as well as ripping off lesser known songwriters (who also sued her).
"
I'm not saying Mariah is perfect (although I love her) but it is publicly known that Tommy Mottola pursued young Mariah and kept her trapped in an emotionally abusive relationship for a long time ( Hence the name of one of her best selling albums "The Emancipation of Mimi". Furthermore, even Michael Jackson and other celebs mentioned how Tommy kept Mariah controlled and isolated. But Aisha paints him (and many, many, many other male celebs) as victims. I sent her two emails concerning this. here are copies of them:

Hi Aisha,
I'm writing to say that while I genuinely enjoy reading your blog and your website, I can't help but feel some of your posts which call out various members of the music industry tend to be far harsher on the women than the men (for example, Rihanna, Joseline Hernandez, Gabrielle Union, etc.) and while I am absolutely not a fan of those entertainers a mentioned, I do not feel its fair to call them out while portraying their male counterparts as near victims, because more often than not- those males have an equal role in the disruptive behaviors and scandals revealed by the media to people who are fans on celebrity culture. Just a thought.

I also notice that in the stories you write about women who are victims of things such as sexual assault or domestic violence you tend to "victim blame" them even when it is revealed that the male was the aggressor. I see that youve noted several times that you are "not a feminist". Forgive me if I'm mistaken, but it sometimes seems as if you simply dislike other women, in general. Please try not to be sexist against your own gender, if that is the case, as women have had their fair share of struggles as well as men throughout history. And if it werent for women's rights, you would not be able to maintain "Judiciary Report" as you do. Just a thought.
Peace and Blessings Always~
Aisha has not responded to either one of my emails. Maybe I'm being too sensitive, but I can't help but feel that she tends to bash women alot more than she should, as a person who runs a professional website.
Any thoughts on this?
please let me know If I'm wrong or just "in my feelings too deep" (lol) . If I'm wrong, I'm not afraid to be told the truth. So don't be afraid to be honest.
thanks and love you all, DR family
