It brought temporary "street cred", which got her noticed by the hoodboogers and what not...and it also gave her an intriguing and seemingly exciting relationship for everyone to ponder on, but other than that he's the downfall!!
She shoulda kept reaching for sexy-classy and Christian and modest and most of all - STUCK WITH MATTHEW!!
She shoulda married someone who looked better - INSIDE and out!!
I think the world is really starting to see the long term impact Jay has on her image and career (and dare I say, her happiness?) and I also think the world is getting TURNED OFF by her association with him.
Salvage your career and LEAVE HIM.
You could ride that image of Independent Single Dynamic Mom, or whatever.....but no one is buying this RIDE FOR EACH OTHER, DIE FOR EACH OTHER ILLUSION!!

IMHO, them paring up was a great money making idea, even though I'm not very fond of the product they push. They both have helped each other come up and get the kind of fame, money and image they both so desperately wanted. Since water seeks it's own level, I have a hard time looking at Beyonce as an innocent victim. She's just as greedy, cut throat and narcissistic as her husband, which is one of the reasons why she catches a good bit of heat and grief. I remember Jay's ex-girlfriend and Rappeer, Amil talked about how Jay approached her to be in the same position with him, as Bey is in today. She mentioned he wanted her to sell her soul and they would become powerful and take over the world together. Basically becoming apart of the dark world of the elite. (who most of us feel the Carters are affiliated with.) Amil wouldn't bite, but Beyonce gladly accepted and both she and Jay became mega stars not too long after that. Prior to fully selling out, they were never on the level of fame, status and money that they are on today. They had not rubbed elbows with the people they affiliate with today. Wealthy elites who we've never heard of that had any kind of love for any black R&B, Pop and Rap Artist. I guess what I'm saying is if Beyonce is suffering in any way by having Jay in her business or personal life, she made her bed yrs ago and now she has to lay in it. She's no exception to the rule. She and her husband wanted that celebrity A-List lifestyle by any means necessary... and they got it. And they show it off with every single opportunity they get. And am I the only one who has noticed how people in and out of the industry business fear both of them? What's that all about because people don't fear good people...they welcome them and respect them. Not fear them. So my pity party for Beyonce only goes so far, but on a positive note...I do keep them in my prayers.

They did their thing, they accepted the terms for the lifestyle. And now I think it's time to pay up. At least that's what all the lil signs point to.

This is the same woman who stepped over Latavia, Latoya, Farrah, Kelly and anyone else she could/can to get some shine! And does whatever it takes, behind the scenes to try to keep it. She's not innocent, she just covers it up better...remember how calmly she walked out of that elevator and put a smile on her face..She has sold her soul to TPTB, sold out her community -sends nothing but hypersexualized superficial messages to dumb down the masses....I'm so over her Bottom B antics!
