Blue hardly ever having her hair combed is a sign of neglect. Its not fair to her to not take care of her properly. What bothers me most about this is isn't allowing herself to run around with her hair looking undone. Instead she's rocking a new weave, wig, braids whatever it is on a weekly basis. I hate to see women not take care of their kids as well as they take care of themselves, that is a shame!!! They already have 1,031 signatures. Not only is Worker Bee neglecting this child but she's also publicly embarrassing her...how does she think Blue will feel when she old enough to reflect on all of this? What I don't understand is even if Beyonce doesn't want to do her hair, why not have her stylist hook Blue up?

I don't agree with the "nappy" hair bashing, sorry. Afro hair, even when moisturised, can still look dry because of the shape of the hair strand. Yes, don't let her hair mat or tangle, but no need for extravagant styles on a baby. Would she sit still that long? Some simple big plaits or twists would do. Or detangle her hair daily to keep wearing it out.
If Beyonce had worn her natural hair instead of blonde wigs, she could have helped change the hate towards natural hair. She chose not to, and now people are bashing her daughter. The obsession to "do" afro hair continues, yet curly, wavy and straight hair get a pass to be left alone.

I think getting a petition started on this is a bit extreme. However, I do feel bad for Blue. Her parents,(more so Beyonce),should not have her coming out of the house with her hair looking like this. This is unacceptable. And, people need to stop defending Beyonce on this as well. We all know that if this were any other little girl walking the streets with her mother, and her hair was looking like this, they'd have all kinds of things to say about it and would be giving the child as well as the mother disapproving looks. So, people need to cut it out with making excuses and acting like this is o.k. No one is saying that Blue needs to wear a weave, extensions, a press and curl or even have a relaxer put in her hair. No need to go to that extreme, because she's only 2-years-old. Her natural hair is beautiful. It just needs to be well groomed. The way her hair was styled when they were in New Orleans not to long ago, it was so pretty! So, simply put, the issue is not the fact that Blue has natural hair, it's the fact that it's not well groomed.

As of late (according to the pictures), the baby's hair looks like she just got out of bed and no effort was put into it at all. Natural hair is beautiful! I have seen the pics when Blue's natural hair looked moisturized, groomed, and cared for and it is beautiful. She is such a precious little girl, it hurts my heart to see her looking neglected-I dont have a daughter but I know that with the way I carry on with my nieces, any little girl under my care would be all dolled up!

Beyonce may be just that messed up, we've witnessed the debts of treachery she'll sink to for all the shine, and it seems like this foolishness is extended to her daughter, because she's clearly been placed a back burner as well, it'll hurt her ego to hear people glorify that beautiful child more than her! Because God forbid anything or anyone be more important than Beyonce. The theory I read on other sites about her not showing Blue's face out of a fear that people will talk about how much she looks like Jay Z, or because she does look like him is bull, if she had that fear, then every time they step out with Blue, she'll be "flawless". Ya know, a person has to have some serious mental malfunctions to give even a dash of thought to ones own offspring being anything but beautiful and perfect. Parents usually believe their child is the most beautiful little person ever. And do whatever they can to make their babies shine In beauty, intelligence, self esteem, shine in all good things, thats a parents job. Personally, i feel better when my girls outshine me, that's ONE of my many rewards. Beyonces job as a parent is huge, if she can't do something as small as keep her hair up, she's in store for some major challenges. This is one of my fav pics of Blue: Beautiful baby :-)

Like many of you I also must admit that the petition was very "extra" to say the least...I do get tired of hearing people say that Blue probably will not sit still for her hair to be combed <---I roll my eyes at that because I have seen my aunt comb/braid her daughter hair while she's asleep...I'm just saying there are ways to get that child hair done...Somebody need to let Beyonce know the up keep of your child/children is a reflection of yourself...Who knows Blue's hair being a unruly mess may be attention for Beyonce

It just dawned on me that Beytlejuice may let Blue look like that intentionally because she wants the publicity. Really, when has she not used that child to draw attention to herself? If Blue didn't look like a ragamuffin so often would anybody care about the 'candid' photos of the Knowles-Cartels out and about? Probably not. In the last couple of years it seems to me that Beyodel and her PR people believe that any publicity is good publicity, and since she's been pimping Blue since before she "gave birth" to her it wouldn't surprise me if she lets her looks like that so that she'll get more media attention. I don't think the petition was started by Bey's camp but when they saw it they were probably excited instead of annoyed.

As one who rocks natural hair all day every day and will choose the same for my children I do feel sorry for Blue. She's going to grow up with some serious self esteem issues. Kids who's parents are considered "sex pots" often have it tough, e.g Cher's kid. Blue's hair is unkept period. No one is asking for much. I can always tell when my hair needs moisture. It will look "dustyish" or pale. Then I know to put some moisture in. And when I'm done the colour pops (yes even the black) and just looks brand new. Most of the time Blue's hair looks grayish. The few pictures where her hair looks good are easy to see. it's a nice rich deep brow/black and her little curls are so cute. But most of the time we see Blue her hair looks like a vulture's nest. That's all on her mother.

AHAHAAA!!! "Ragamuffin" You're a hilarious genius. // Oh I've been quiet on this particular topic simply b/c it all seems so intentionally planned since as you put it "Shaolin Showdown" in that elevator. LOL!!! A petition? For a dang baby's hair? Not drinking that tea..IT GOT "BLUE" COOL AID IN IT YA'LL! I was in SAMs Club today and I saw a black Woman and her child...the child had her hair styled exactly like Blue Ivy!! I couldn't believe it! The 3 year old had a 5 inch high nest of hair it was dry and there were some coils that went in every direction! This wasn't in the ghetto either! The child had the same kuckerferds and dingleberries as a hair style as blue....lol

Hmm....she's been reading the blogs.
That's really redic when other people have to tell u to comb your babies hair though. We know she didn't style it, hey, as long as it's done right? I hope the stylist told her that it won't stay that way,and that it needs to be done, daily.
