I will be detoxing for five days starting tomorrow, I wanna clean my insides, then after the detox, I'm gonna start fixing my outside;
●Tae Bo on Mon. Wed. And fri. ●Tuesday and Thursday I'll be doing this dance your way thin vid, which is really cool by the way.
Both from you tube, 45 min each. Of course you don't have to do the same, but maybe whoever's interested can start with me with their goals and routines, and we could use this thread to post results, or comment about a workout, share some low fat recipes, things like that. Even if no one participates, I'd still love to get some recipe ideas, hints and tips to help me along my journey. The next time I post is when I'm done with my detox,(yuk) sure gonna miss food for 5 days, going out with a blast today though!
My goal is to loose 30 pounds, and keep them off!
