I saw a still of the lady and I know her hair will make Beyonce insecure as in the hair department she does not have a full head of hair that she can show off with confidence that is ALL HERS.
I'm sure her camp is behind it some kind of way, the label whoever, just to generate interest..and by golly, it's working. They are all breathing a sigh of relief that they can still generate clicks, ad dollars, even if low budget ads and lower tiered brnds, Toyota Japan ad etc...
They are just building buzz so they can sell her brand to somebody (they have been low key advertising brands in a lot of their flicsk and even restaurants, hotels etc..)

I noticed that too and how she kept making references to "real" and "natural beauty" and preening in the mirror while stroking her hair... Bouncy's insecurity is the first thing that popped into my mind. i wonder if we will see Bouncy try to emulate her style and get a dark, straight, sleek weave...and somewhere in India, a little girl is getting used to her new pixie cut, LOL!

I just saw the still, wow that's interesting. And then all that she has a full had of beautiful hair pulling up childhood picture nones hair looks like childhood that dyes everyone I know even biracial girls who colored said it changed the texture and with most it took years and years without coloring again to get back most if the original texture, it thinned a bit and god drier. Anyway mist of her fans say that as they want to believe the same thing that they have this head of healthy hair underneath when it's a rats nest whatever that looks like.
And also I saw something about some twitter comments were saying flawless was no weave, no contacts but all natural. Whether it's her camp or not and even if she is trying to play along she likely is feeling done tyke of way...I did see the predictable headline about hundred million gross from the tour, that is really their go to 'clapback' cum fail

Jay Z always cheats with people Beyonce can never compete with. Women with real long hair. Women who are really mixed (not faux mixed). Or actual white women. Or actual men (larry). Beyonce can never compete with any of this. And it messes with her mind, that's why sha can't have friends. Even Kelly's been on Jay ride according to some. Kelly's naturally thin. and The exact opposite of Beyonce physically. Bey never wins.

I'm adding that one to the list, with Elle's "worker bey"...And I totally agree with you also. Just a tad off topic, ya know I saw a documentary the other day about weaves, and how it's such a big business, they were showing how all the little girls, and many of the women had very little hair now, since it's been sold for weave, they're pretty much having a shortage right now...a shortage on hair, who'd of ever thought?

Hey Missy, glad you liked Bouncy but I have to admit, its not mine (saw it somewhere on the internet and thought it was hilarious). this always reminds me of "Bouncy" weknowgifs.com/gif/tag/beyonce-chicken-gif/BTW, I saw something like that- a shortage of hair. I believe it. Black women are not the only ones getting weaves. Whites and latinas get "extensions" (same thing) but it seems noone really questions them because of the hair texture or assumption that they all have the capacity for thick long hair. Some of my in-laws (latinas) have thin hair that s difficult to grow and they add pieces to their hair all the time.

Ha, ha, yup, it fits, she does look just like a "bouncy" chicken in that gif, one who's head has already been chopped off, someone sure called it right....it's cool, that it wasn't originated by you, I'm sure it's fine to use here on the boards...lol make us laugh. And yes that hair game goes far beyond the African American community. Me?? I'm going natural. Twist-outs,the fro, the cornrows, protective styles, all that. I'm bout to start keeping my money in my pocket. It's cute, and I love it, but it's got stop somewhere.

I'm not going natural, but I have been growing my hair out underneath wigs since last October. I'm so tired of feeling fake with the weaves and wigs...I want long, healthy relaxed hair.........I think I'll start a thread on that...

I have been natural for about 15 years now and do the curly fro, braids, and flat iron my hair when I want to change up the look. Belladonna, please start the thread- I would love to share some tips on healthy hair growth (I am fond of Keratin for strengthening and protecting my hair, Aveda's Invati treatment for my scalp, and Viviscal for supplemental nourishment)...
