Ignorance is bliss and very dangerous. See Black Americans don't know what they had so also don't know what they have lost and allowed the likes of Bey and Jay and the Music Industry period do to us.
There was a time when Black Americans were looked up to by every person of color on this planet. From the preachers, doctors to the man on the street, they were all respected for being strong survivors.
They were respected because they made a way out of no way, endured, bettered themselves at every turn, helped one another, bettered one another.
Now since they have thrown their values out the window and replaced it with Money Worship, Material Worship, White Woman worship (blond weave, emphasis on skin color) they have abandoned the things that made them great and are now a laughing stock. .
Its really time to turn from anyone that isn't promoting positive things, they used to say lost generation, well we are down to the LAST GENERATION and we will either die swinging from the nut sacks of Jay and Bey or reclaim our identity and ourselves that our ancestors defined for us. Not this new age anti-education, I got more money then you CRAP that is killing and has killed the inner city black american
No, it isn't soley their fault but the purported and hailed HEADS of the INDUSTRY bear some responsibility and yes they are very influential though I wish it weren't so, they are and they have used their influence to erode and destroy the fragile fabric of the black community, have not addded one positive thing.
