TMZ operatives on the ground in Houston report Mathew Knowles appears to be selling anything not nailed down in a huge yard sale including Beyonce T-shirts and concert memorabilia, random items from The House of Dereon Collection, tons of CDs from Music World artists, used clothing, furniture and office equipment.

Last year there were rumors Mathew Knowles had been quietly trying to sell the Music World record label but there were no takers [click here if you missed that].
Child this is crazy for real and wow  selling all of Beyoncé's stuff damn and HOD too damn, now the real question is who is going to buy it. Now some of the comments that I have read.

Beyonce wouldn't have been where she's at if not for Mathew. That marriage had been over for years, but they chose to stat together for whatever reason. A lot of fathers/husbands have illegitimate kids, but Bey and Solonges treatment of their own father who sacrificed his own career to give them what they wanted knowing it was a shot in the dark to get anywhere in the industry, but did all he could to make it happen. He will always have the brains in the family and he will always come out on top of whatever he chooses to do. Beyonce on the other hand has handlers who won't quit until she's broke. He should have a garage sale on the garbage albums Beyonce's put out recently!
Btw, my own father has four illegitimate children, three while married to my mother who divorced him after 20 years. But I am still glad he is still in our lives as he owned up supported us as best he could. Married couples often know what led to the breakdown of their relationship, but children rarely do.

Reason cause here in Houston the downtown real estate market is booming for space to build massive Luxury apartments or tow homes with city skyline views. It's really crazy, cause that property location is crazy hot now, it's near the freeway blocks from the Toyota center and other venues.
Bets on the table, Matt will soon be in court with Tina over the sale of the corner block.

VEry interesting comments. Beyonce had the money to buy property back then but you'll find out they were renting. The hurried way in which he's getting rid of stuff suggests he could no longer pay the rent. If he were sitting on prpoerty as valuable as this seems he would have sold it a while ago. I doubt they own it.
I agree with missy, they better give this man some hush money or he's going to start spilling tea. anonymously at first then he'll decide to write a tell all.
I wonder if Beyonce's handlers made him sign a lipsealer on the way out.

Also, auctions on ebay only allow people to bid up but yard sales encourage people to haggle downwards. I'm surprised a slickster like him didn't realize that he would probably make less money in person. |

Him doing something like this makes his grown daughters look bad for not supporting him and it's a slick way for him to play poor when it comes to the minor children he has to support. Now that I think of it, I wonder if he's really a broke as he claims to be. I know he had (has?) a bad coke habit and loved hookers but he might still have some money squirreled away. |

Honestly I feel like he was bothered when Bey split at first....but now that he sees what a train wreck she's become, I'm willing to bet he's not anymore. And remember, he is ratty but Matty ain't NEVER been dumb about his paper especially dirty dealings about it, so trust and believe papa knowles got some bucks stashed away...probably money Bey wasn't even aware of when she was bein managed by him.......BELIEVE THAT! That's why Jay was so threatened by Matty, because he knew Matty had the secret touch for Beys career and nobody could run it like he could.....and it proved correct.
