I got this from sandrarose.com site I found it quite interesting on why Beyoncé is the topic on the view smh. This is what Mike Huchabee has to say about Beyoncé. I agree with Sandra Rose, what do you guys think about this. Huckabee believes Beyonce is a poor role model for young girls who struggle with self confidence and a low sense of self-worth. Some young girls, who can’t identify with Bey’s over-sexualized self image, are made to feel inferior and worthless in the eyes of their peers.
As a result of his accurate views on Beyonce’s sexually graphic public image, Huckabee was invited to share his thoughts about Beyonce on The View today (Jan. 22).
Beyonce’s former bandmate Michelle Williams was also invited to sit in on the discussion (since Beyonce couldn’t — or wouldn’t — be there to defend herself). “She doesn’t need to do songs like ‘Partition’ and ‘Drunk in Love’ in order to be an effective and an amazing talent,” Huckabee said.
To which Michelle responded: “She’s amazing!”
“I just feel like that album and those songs is that one moment where she decided to probably do some songs she’s always wanted to do to shed that ‘I’m a good girl,'” said Michelle. “She had some freedom and she owned it and she took it, so I was definitely offended—I’m not the Carter spokesperson…
Michelle added: “But to hear some of those comments that you said, I thought were very, very, very low. I respect you and this is not to throw mud and tomatoes…”
Whatever… Huckabee is right about Beyonce — and if he is elected president of these United States, things will change in the music industry. Gone will be slutty singers like Beyonce who bare their bodies instead of their vocal cords.
I, for one, am ready for change.

There has to be some big money ridding on this phoney dullard (Bey)!
Never have I seen so much protection Bull Shit(ie.circling the wagons) afforded to any other celebrity, except maybe George Clowny (misspelled on purpose). It doesn't make any sense?
I guess people are trying to protect their $$ interest, or they are using her to degrade women and society, for their ultimate gain?
It's becoming creepy at this point. An intentional misleading of the public for unknown reason.

^^^ Beyonce can't defend herself because she is inarticulate.
I see Michelle is still a slave to the Beyonce machine. She really ought to have better things to do than defend someone who pays her dust until she needs her for something. So embarrassed for her.
I'm just happy that people are speaking out about Beyonce's hoodrat-hoe ways. The voices of dissent ae getting louder.

I've never heard Beyonce defend her "sisters" Kelly and Michelle when they get dragged on social media or otherwise, but they sure do a lot of defending of Beyonce. It must have been in the Destiny's Child contracts to the defend and talk about Beyonce when promoting their own work until they die.

This is so pitiful. I thought that Michelle had gotten away from Destiny's Child, because it seemed as though she only used it for a come up for her own gospel career but apparently that's not the case.

I think back in the day, and even moreso with Kelly's asskissing and name dropping, that it was low self esteem.......but I'm really wondering if these days they don't get upset like we think they should because they know how truly F'd up she is behind the scenes.
You ever knew someone who you felt so sorry for, and saw as so pathetic, that really you weren't that bothered by their attitude as other people who didn't know them as well, were? Because you knew this person had nothing else in life....hey I'm happy, I'll let her have her moment because it makes me no difference even though it is kinda F'd up how she treats us when we are supposed to be her "sisters".
Im telling you, Kelly and them know a lot we don't. Which is why they take a lot in stride.

That is quite possible, Kelly would know everything about beyonce's issues, and at this point she's probably over it all and just lets Beyonce do what she needs to. But I'd be pissed that people were seeing me as weak for letting her do these types of things. I'd just get way out of her life.

Even Beyondtacky doesn't wear that Dereon crap anymore. People like VB, MK & A Olsen, J Simpson, etc have been successful with their clothes because they leave the actual designing to trained professionals and they have teams that help them to create items their primary fanbase will like at price points most of them can afford - either primary lines, diffusion lines, or accessories. Beytlejuice and Tina tried to sell swapmeet 'couture' and back alley style at an unreasonable price (for the quality and for what most of her fans can probably afford). She should have aimed low from the start like Sicki Minaj and KMart. Tina ended up designing for Walmart anyway and as far as I know her stuff still sells.

Years ago I read a comment on another site about Beyonce being depressed, having a mental break down and attempting suicide on multiple occasions. I was still a fan at that time so I thought is was just a bs rumor, but now it's very obvious she has some mental problems. I still think K&M should stop though. |
