why we never and I mean never see the inside of jay & beys supposedly SPRAWLING tribeca compound? I wonder if he has as much high priced artwork as he claims to have. Anyone else ever wondered the same thing

there was a spread on some website which showed the inside of the house they supposedly bought. But I think it was with the original furniture. A lot of stars let magazines publish fke stories about homes they don't even own. this is probably the case.

IIRC the photoshoot Yawn did after the inaugural lip-sync fiasco was supposed to be in their apartment. I vaguely remember something about pictures of her raiding the fridge or jumping on the bed and trying to look sexy.

I totally believe it, remember the islands they supposedly own ? jay is a clown, I don't get how people who are supposedly worth $1bil still can't pay off a mortgage on an apt he brought back in 04 like that's really sad I seriously doubt they own anything in Tribeca or Scarsdale(they were rumored to own a house there as well), the Carters are such posers trying to keep up with the Diddy's and Dre's of the world. That GQ photoshoot house was rented and staged, the house in that 7/11 video looked rented too...fake Christmas tree and all. It's crazy because most of the people who are in their alleged tax bracket own multiple estates that they either use or rent out to industry folks but these two are basically homeless in LA right now looking for a house to rent. How are we the only people who see the truth? |

nicki , that 7/11 mess was supposed to be their house? Somebody in another thread said it was filmed at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and that the chain wasn't too pleased with how Beysloppy trashed the room.

It was filmed @ Beverly Wilshire and their apt, people pointed out the fact that Jay's artwork was in the background. She seems like a very messy person, like she never cleans up after herself |

Diddy and Russell pretty much created the blueprint to show guys like Shawn how to become an entertainment mogul but this egomaniac decided to create his own path by letting himself and his wife be pimped by real business men and women. shanaelmsford there were some scenes that we are supposed to believe were filmed inside their home/apartment. It looks like someone just hung some ugly curtains, unpacked the Christmas tree and threw some stuff around to make the place look lived in.  Here is a photo from that GQ photoshoot.  I could be wrong but both places look staged to me. Either that or they hire the worst interior designers ever. |

These are rented houses nothing more nothing less, I really think they live in hotels because all the traveling they be doing and you would think they would have a house for Blue to grow up in. Say what you want about Kim ( not a fan either ) but a least she has a house that North can live in and she knows it's home.

I was surprised to find out how much debt MJ was in before he died. He was basically living off the
generosity of wealthy friends for years. It's crazy how quickly his finances recovered after his death. Recording artists are definitely worth more dead than alive.
