^ I give it 3-4 months before they're sued but 5 or 6 months before the story gets out. I also think their PR reps will plant some other story/photos to try to divert attention from the property owner coming after them for $.

Apparently the move was delayed bc the landlord had an Oscar party at the house the week they were moving in....that's odd and makes no sense really. Something is fishy with this whole LA adventure haha |

What happened to them moving overseas? These people do the most They were definitely trying to buy an home in Paris. For those who don't know, it's VERY VERY hard to buy a home there. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops. Including taking blood tests. Yes, it is that serious. They won't give you a mortgage until they are sure you're healthy enough to live long enough to pay for it. It's crazy. So if they're doing blood tests over there you can be sure they are checking criminal records. That alone would disqualify Jay-Z from buying a home there. They also don't just give the home to the highest bidder like we do here in the states. You can be the highest bidder, but if the seller doesn't like your personality, they'll bypass you. The French do not like haughty Americans who think they can have whatever they want. They could have easily been turned down just because of their attitude. God bless the French. They don't want their city tarnished by the Carters. |

Well now they've chosen a place in New Orleans. No more talks on a move to LA. There are rumors circulating that they are supposed to be secretly downsizing, since money isn't flowing like back in the day, and LA is supposed to be most expensive, I hv no receipts, I just read it somewhere, but it makes sense, which is why I shared it. I don't know about real-estate pricing in N.O. Who knows with these two. But that hotel/renter life must be hell. Do they even know where they want to live? IMO this place is REALLY close to the curb, which is unusual for so called royalty. It looks like the outside needs some work or maybe that's that rustic, historical vibe, the inside is.....different. I mean whatever, but the "genious" and his "queen" should not even look at this as a place to settle. They are supposed to be bigger than Kanye but seriously, about three of these lil buildings can fit in Kimye's place. *Kanyeshrug* Anyway here's the article with the pics.
