I just want to know who the partners are that came up with the majority of that 56 mill. I highly doubt the Carters have that kind of cash on hand and I don't think Jayz has very good credit.

Jay Z has serious money issues. People saying he's broke and a front are closer to the truth than they know.
He's major stressed out, remember when he went on tour looking all sickly? and they spinned it into that whole "vegan diet thing"? He got sick just before the tour and instead of bed rest, he couldn't afford to postpone the tour, as in they needed that money yesterday. so he had to go on tour. Almost killed him.
The reason why Jay's business is all in the streets nowdays is because he can't afford to pay for people's silence + praise anymore. Y'all have no idea how many people were living off this gravy boat. At the height of their joint fame Jay and Bey probably had more than 50 people easy, that had no "official job title" but did things for them, including a whole lot of media people. Now they can't even offer to pay them with magazine covers because the magazine's don't sell.
That vanity fair mag with Jay on it, you didn't hear about the sales because they were so low it was embarrassing. But Jay's team paid for that article in an attempt to get the parents of the demographic Jay is targeting to know his name. (suburban white kids).
Jay is mad jealous of Drake. Dake's name is super bankable right now, while everything Jay touches turns to dust. Jay hates that Drake just came up practically overnight and "now he's at the top."
Bey/Jay know full well that their brand is currently shit to sponsors and consumers at the moment.They got their PR teams running around like headless chickens. The reason Beyonce forced her way onto that oscar song is because she wanted to "remind people" that she could really sing and was classy. She didn't think anyone would care who or what Ledisi was. They say she hadn't even watched the movie by that point. That backfired in a huge way. They say her publicist is about ready to quit on her because her and jay think they know how to do PR so a lot of their stunts are their ideas and not OK'd by PR and when they backfire (like Ledisi thing) they expect PR to fix it. e.g after the Ledisi issue, we heard about Beyonce's infertility issues.
Right now everything from their camp is a lie.
Yes they couldn't afford to buy that house, they never even tried. that whole bidding thing was a lie. Renting was the plan from the start.
The money Jay got for the new deal. Every cent of it was borrowed. Jay has no good people on his "business team" they left years ago from not being paid right, or impossible working conditions so he's basically making these moves on his own.
Right now Jay is worried about Blue's future. He's got so much debt and his dirty work is leaking and further damaging his brand, his health is poor. It's just a really sh*tty time for him, and he's worried that they haven't put enough aside for Blue's future. Of course they've put something aside but they don't know how safe it is.
Beyonce has major regrets about the way she handled her dad (not the baby thing but the firing thing) She is now seeing just where she is now and that's why she stays drunk and high). of course she is too damn proud to even ask him back behind the scenes. She's pissed at jay for doin this to them but she can't leave him because she's just as in it as he is. There will be no divorce anytime soon. All news to the contrary is just to drum up interest.

It's sickening that they're on twitter trying to spread "awareness" to this money-grubbing scheme as if it was were a real social issue. Where was he when Ferguson was happening? Where was he when #Blacklivesmatter was happening? It's disgusting. Just when I thought it wasn't possible for me to dislike him more he proves me wrong.

Bey Arthur's fleas will probably spend their electric bill money to sign up but I just don't see the masses paying 10 or 20 bucks for this service when there are better, cheaper, free and reputable services that have been out there for years. This is too expensive and too late. |

Apparently Prince has put his music into this mess. Those business partners must have offered artists the sun, moon and stars to sign on with this mess. Someone on RWS mentioned LiveNation and now I'm thinking they must be running this deal because Jay doesn't have the juice to pull in an artist like Prince on his own.
Oh there is going to be a 5pm press conference....should be interesting.

Look at these shady artist bios posted on the Tidal website. This is how Camel thinks his peers deserve to be be treated? Does his bio or Solange's bio mention that elevator fight? Does Bey's bio mention her increasingly obvious substance abuse problems? I doubt it. They should have posted original bios instead of just swiping shady blurbs from other sites. *smh* |

Tbh I expected everyone from the fans to the media to be really excited about this venture but from what I've seen very few people are falling for this. I think that press conference really messed things up for Shawn.
The fool didn't even have enough sense to go out on stage to explain what his product is about and what separates it from their competitors. Shawn has proven once again, he's all flash and no substance.

I read too that Tidal copied/pasted bios from iTunes and Spotify. Basically the people who write the bios some lazy, biased writers. Just terrible! I also saw on RhymesWithSnitch that the apps page on Tidal is exactly as the one on Spotify. Just no originality at all went into this. NONE. |
