Should Jonathan Butler sue Beyonce? I certainly think so. She stole Love on Top just like Pharrell and Robin Thicke stole Marvin Gaye's song.

The instrumentals are very, very similar and I wouldn't be surprised if the composition was stolen. If Jonathan took her to court he might have a case. Personally I'm waiting for the Gap Band to sue Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars - 'Uptown Funk' rips off 'Oops Upside Your Head' in an extremely obvious way. Morris Day could probably sue Mars and Ronson too.

Oh snap! I only listened to the beginning of LOT and the two songs are almost identical. It wouldn't surprise me if his people have already contacted her about the song and she paid them off behind the scenes.

That's just me, but Her song "Rocket" reminds me A LOT of "Untitled (How does it feel) from d'Angelo. The song structure, melody, arrangement are almost similar.
What do you think?
