Daily Mail has an article claiming Warner Bros. is looking for two leads for a re-make of "A Star is Born" with B and Bradley Cooper starring and directing (Bradley) the story goes on to say that B has wanted this role for years. I can't picture B and Brad as a convincing couple but hey, at least she will be able to kiss and hug someone else for a change..........and keep her eyes open and actually enjoy it.

Remember jennifer hudson oscars. I bet you when jennifer was nominated tthey Beyonce's family probably told her; don't worry there is no way a newbie who couldn't even win a talent show will beat those well known actresses. And she won. Hahaha. You can see the fake smile she gave and her father was pretty much disappointed.
I also have seen a footage I think it was at the golden glopes? Back stage when the cast of dream girls were talking to the press. She really didn't look happy.

Where is Bradley's agent? why is he/she letting this happen to Bradley? I don't care fo him, but Beyonce's acting is going to be SOOOO bad that it will overshadow his directon and make it look terrible too. He's going to get all the razzies for this. He would have been better off finding some indie project with a bunch of unknowns and directing that. And he seemed to be a favourite with hollywood lately, even though he hasn't really found his niche (i think he's crappy and must be fire on the couch). But he was gaining popularity and some notability in his career. Now...

The only reason she's doing this movie is because she wants to prove that she can be a triple threat in the industry(Not). If I'm not mistaken she didn't want to drop out of the movie in the first place, the only reason she did was because of the comment Clint Eastwood made about President Obama. This movie won't do good for either one of them, Bradley Cooper might be an A list actor but he has lost his looks due to plastic surgery I can't even stand to look at him. Also he's been on that casting couch several times.(Two snaps, a twist and a kiss) He really should pick someone from broadway, who can act, sing and dance. Now as far as bewitch goes I believe she's only getting offered this part due to her name an not skill. It like a couple of weeks ago their was rumor of her staring in a movie with Christian bale, and brad pitt, but that turned out to be false then this week it this mess. It's like her PR put out these stories just to make some noise so the directors will be forced to cast her in the movie. Look at the Princess and Frog movie she didn't want to try out for the part or read the lines. She was expecting them to give it to her because of who she is.

So that's what he did to his face, I've been looking at him like . As for Beyonce, the only reason she is in the movie is because she is producing it. She sucks as a producer too. Wants to make everything on the cheap. I don't know how many people noticed how poorly produced that movie with Idriss Elba was. The script was crap and it had the quality of a good home video, like she skimped on lighting.

I was thinking exactly the same thing about Bradley, he must have relaxed his hair too because I thought his hair was naturally curly. I had no idea Beyonce produced the Obsessed movie. I am in love with Idris but I could never bring myself to watch that movie or Cadillac Records, her acting ruins the movie watching experience for me.

"Obsessed" the movie: Producer William Packer read the script and signed on; executive producers for the film were Glenn S. Gainor, Jeff Graup, Earvin "Magic" Johnson, Beyoncé, Mathew Knowles, Damon Lee and Loughery, while Nicholas Stern and George Flynn served as co-producer and associate producer, respectively.[4] Director Steve Shill signed on after reading the script and hearing that Beyoncé was on board
Also: Bey was dropped (from the movie) at least 6 months before the "Clint Eastwood/chair" incident even happened. Her PR was just savvy enough to use the chair incident as the reason for them not making the movie at that time. If you recall, they had no one interested in starting opposite her, at that time.

Executive Producer: "In most cases, an executive producer is someone who has either personally funded or arranged the funding for a motion picture, television show, or musical album. Executive producers, sometimes just called EPs, are usually different from regular producers who often have a more hands-on role in creating the end product. Executives typically see the film, show, or album as in investment, and most of their actions and decisions are driven by the desire to protect it and ensure its profitability. Though some executive producers have extensive artistic experience, others are in the business purely for financial reasons and may have no recording or on-camera expertise whatsoever. Funding Responsibility
The main role of any EP is to foot the bill for a given project. Most movie, television, and music productions are very costly, at least at the outset. The EP essentially acts as a financial backer, investing in the creative team upfront with the expectation that the overall product will make a profit. Executives usually stand to collect a significant share of any profits that are earned, though the specific amounts often depend on how the parties drew up their original contracts.
A person need not be personally financially responsible in order to claim EP status, and in many cases he or she simply acts as a representative for a larger company or entity that is actually making payments. In some cases, a person can be given EP status on account of fundraising activities. This is often the case when an actor of featured artist is named as the executive producer of one of his or her own projects — this does not usually mean that the project was self-financed, but rather that the artist in question was responsible for raising the funds and convincing others to invest.
An executive producer often owns the rights to a book or story idea or secures at least 25 percent of the film's budget. Executive producers rarely have creative or technical involvement and are often caught up with several projects at once."

I still insist Beyonce and her "team" were the ones in the driver's seat for the mess of a project that was Obsessed. Those other producers probably lent their names more than anything to the project. I can't imagine that people who have spent that long in hollywood could produce something that crappy. The director does not have much film experience but has done a whole lot of famous series. Beyonce was one of the few producers names that came up in the credits. She probably reversed her songwriting credits move. Putting other people's names on to gain respectability. She was listed as producer for star is born too. who in their right mind would put their own money on Beyonce when we know she's box office poison as lead?

beyonce = exhausting: i posted that info. because i did not know the difference or "job function" of a: director vs a executive director (& a co-director). just assumed there might be someone else out there with some questions? have no idea how hollywood works, it's all so miserly. i don't get beyonce or her team and all that glory hogging. in the grand scheme of things, it don't mean shit to me/us. impressing people that are strangers, that u don't like, that idolize her seems exhausting. whatever rocks her boat. in our daily lives bey is not given a thought - this - she hasn't figured out yet.
