More unhappy customer of Tidal:


Aye Aye Hi, I pay for my Tidal every month and find it very frustrating that I'm unable to watch and listen to things without difficulty. I've been trying to watch summer jam but only can see a black screen but can hear the voices. This is unfair for people like myself that pay for a service and are unable to use the service without disruption. Also I find it very annoying that there is no contact number to speak to someone regarding issues. My cousin Dinotra K Brown who is also a paying customer has been experiencing the same thing!

Jason Torres Tidal really had a lot of glitches and when I tried to replay it, it wouldn't show. Now they've took the whole concert down smh.
