Ummm...duh. Thats like announcing that the sky is blue, the grass is green, Magics' son is G.A.Y to the 340th power, etc etc....
Not only is Bey a one trick pony, but so is Matt.
He doesnt have any REAL management skills, same as she doesnt have any real talent.
Together, they just resulted in the perfect storm....a perfect set of circumstances that allowed this thing we call "Beyonce" to happen.
He's not a real producer/manager, he was just scandalous and willing to do anything for his daughter, and was lucky enough that she had the looks, and the backing of his family to follow him through every underhanded hole he climbed under to make it happen.
Thats why it was real stupid when that college actually made a college course based off of him...thats the same logic of making a college course based off the luck of one lottery ticket winner....there was no "system" or skill set...just a lot of luck, blackballing, and crookery.
Its funny, one of the worst lines from one of my favorite movies, illustrates a real Star Maker from the likes of MK....remember on What's Love Got to Do With It, when Ike told Tina she was a sorry mf'er? And he said, Oh, I see you gonna leave me like all them otha muthaphuckas I done made famous?
The point being....he made others famous too, Tina wasn't just his lucky strike!
