Okay yall, lets try to start from the beginning...and by beginning, I mean, her solo career, starting with the Dangerously in Love period.
Lets gather all of the styles, dances, and songs, etc that she has stolen over the years.
EVERYTHING, from the lawsuits/allegations of stealing, to the outright comparisons of her stealing dance moves, styles, etc.....feel free to post Youtube vids that show comparison.
I would like this thread to get really big over time....I think its important because A LOT of people lurk here, and some people are just now becoming aware of all her antics, so this would be a good thread to get them acclimated with everything we've seen over the years. I would even say, it may make a good "sticky" thread that stays at the top so its always seen...THIS THREAD WILL EXPLAIN THE *CORE* REASONS AS TO WHY WE DO NOT LIKE NOR SUPPORT HER. There are many others at this point in time, but this is where it all began and what spun it off. We do not have to explain ourselves, but I think it does help if people see that it is NOT BLIND DISLIKE OR "HATING", OR ENVY THAT WE HAVE FOR HER - it is based off of facts and shade!
Post/Link/Speak On:
- Styles/Swag Stolen
- Songs She Lied About Writing
- Dances she was "inspired by" but Neglected to say so until it was called out.
- Files and Links to Lawsuits for copyright infringements and/or Breaking contracts and deals.
- Ways She (and Matty back in the day) outright SHADED and BLACKLISTED other artists.
- Awards, Titles, and Accolades that were most likely PURCHASED.
- Shade that OTHER Artists Have Thrown Back at Her For Stealing and/or Downplaying Their Contributions (think Etta James, Harry Belafonte, song writers who have politely spoken up when they were left off song credits, etc)
*Mods: I request that not only this be moved to a "sticky" but also any comments that stans/PR leave on here that are not relevant to exposing her, be deleted. I think this should be kept as a "clean" read for the newbies, without all that filler junk in between...I also suspect it will piss them off greatly due to it being such TRUTH that they're gonna attack it....thats fine, but I request, not in this thread.

Okay, I'm at work so the going is slow, but I do recall a lot of people saying how she totally jacked Amerie's style back during the Dangerously in Love period. That's when I used to be a Bey fan, so I wasnt up on it like I am now....I did find a couple pics of Amerie, and I'd say, yes if you look back on Beyonce during that time period, she was heavily "influenced" by Amerie. When I look at pics of her, I see the style Beyonce was on back then.
The ONE THING that I felt I could always give her, was her style and aura back then...but damn, now I'm feeling like I cant even give her that anymore.

Then, now that I think back on it, and I didnt recognize it at the time....her style began to evolve......
From stealing Amerie's swag....she moved on to the GREAT....Tina Turner...
(or was it the other way around? I cant remember...but either way, she moved on from one to the next)
Tina was brought in around the time she did "Work It Out"....when nobody gave a damn either (so it must have been before the DIL period)
Then I guess the Knowles Klan saw how that picked up for her, and they just kept rollin with it (no pun intended):
  And of course, it wasnt just Tina's look and style she jacked, but her mannerisms and the general way she performed. Through Matty's Magic though, she "made it her own" and the rest was history....that in itself would have been okay...a lot of stars kinda piggybacked off inspiration from previous artists (Usher and Chris Brown - Micheal Jackson, Lady Gaga - Madonna, Miguel - Prince, etc)........................but from that point on, Beyonce seemed to become ADDICTED to the swag jacking......and it goes from there....

Okay, I'm at work so the going is slow, but I do recall a lot of people saying how she totally jacked Amerie's style back during the Dangerously in Love period. That's when I used to be a Bey fan, so I wasnt up on it like I am now....I did find a couple pics of Amerie, and I'd say, yes if you look back on Beyonce during that time period, she was heavily "influenced" by Amerie. When I look at pics of her, I see the style Beyonce was on back then.
The ONE THING that I felt I could always give her, was her style and aura back then...but damn, now I'm feeling like I cant even give her that anymore.It wasn't just style that she jacked it was also sound. she pretty much ripped of Amerie's entire singing style. word is, she was supposed to do a soul type album, henceher first single "work it out" when it didn't make any noise and Kelly had her dilemma hit, the knowles camp was maorly shook and overhauled the entire album biting Amerie's style and sound because it was hot at the time, then doing it bigger whilst making sure to block any shine Amerie may have gotten at the time. |

Beyonce's promotion has been all over the place, I remember those royal pictures promoting a tour called the mrs carter show all sorts of mess. BEyonce has also stolen from Britney Spears and JLo A LOT.

It's funny, because when I initially saw the video, my first thought was, Oh, wow, Beyonce has real dancing in her video! Then I later learned she plagiarized the moves. So disappointed. |

It's funny, because when I initially saw the video, my first thought was, Oh, wow, Beyonce has real dancing in her video! Then I later learned she plagiarized the moves. So disappointed. Laziness. Selfishness. Didn't think the woman would complain. Knew her fans would accept more plagiarism. I'd be pi--ed if someone did that to me. I'd sue her ass AND demand a public apology AND demand she remove all traces of my work from her crap. |
